Dr. Payal is the best dentist I have visited. She is very detailed oriented and knows her stuff. Inverness Dental office is conveniently located across from Harper College. The office has multiple patient areas with super friendly staff. Dr. Payal and her hygienist are working in parallel in two locations while her staff gets the next patient ready. The office has all the latest technology to take detailed photos of your teeth. Unlike some of my past dentist Dr. Payal would not just tell me I have a cavity and force me to get a filling. Dr. Payal will review any possible cavities with you using instant tooth photos. Based on the situation, she will first suggest preventive measures before taking any corrective actions. My biggest fear wasn't necessarily the procedure itself, but the numbing beforehand (I have a phobia of not feeling pain, weird, I know). Dr. Patel was incredibly understanding and talked to me through the entire numbing process and procedure itself. He explained where he was numbing and why, and what areas it might affect. It was very calming. The procedure was so fast, and I felt nothing during it. I'm 32 now, and I've waited so long to have my wisdom teeth removed out of fear. I'm glad I just did it already. *ORIGINAL REVIEW (Which I don't want to change!) I've been coming to this office for almost 10 years now. Prior to that I dreaded going to the dentist but Caring Smiles is wonderful. The staff and doctor are super personable and really do invest in each patient as an individual. They are tech friendly with reminders, scheduling, billing, and have very nice, new equipment. I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 mins for room placement or to see the doctor. Since I've started coming I have recommended everyone that is in the market for a great dentist. Their office is conveniently located with tons of parking and has great ambiance. EQUIPMENT Modern and supposedly equipped with cutting edge services... like 3D printers and a panoramic scan x-ray to detect fractures like an endontist... but didnt experience any of these firsthand. EXPERIENCE Hygienist seem good but the dentist seems very into upselling non-insurance services and it was an meh experience overall... I got referred out for perio services and then called back for a cleaning... then told about not being in network for insurance next year... not sure if thats accurate but there are plenty of dentists with great ratings that take Cigna so... my journey continues along with a digital copy of my files and xrays. P.S. ZocDoc has a lot more research info and practioners than Google and Yelp where you can filter for in-network providers.

Mint scheduled me in its "ER" slot to re-affix the veneer that day. The entire team made me feel welcome, even though I am not a regular patient. Dr. Latour and her assistant were very professional, and I appreciated Dr. Latour's calm demeanor in handling the situation. I have very bad experience with Royal dental . On Nov 25 I went for cleaning I had No problem Staff…read moreis good , cleaning X-rays all good. On Feb2026 I went for upper par ila. But I was told ur appointment is for cleaning , I was surprised because I had 3 months ago, I got done again the girl Maggie she did my cleaning as very harsh I told her everything gentle she said she is removing plaque, but in fact she scratching cement of my Lover Bridge on left side she broke the seal and chipped my one Crown of upper front Dr Anthony-was there he knows I could feel the chipped. Couple weeks went by I was eating on my left side bridge I had no Idea that at cleaning Maggie loosened the bridge and month 1-2 bridge got so loose it came out with Root canal. I was so upset. I I needed extraction of 2 back tooth. On May 11 Dr Anthony did the Surgery, it was sedated so no pain then Tuesday it started pain all night I could I could not sleep because of pain ,then on Wednesday May 13 th I went back to Royal dental different Dr Was there he gave me Amoxillin 500 For7 day 3 capsule a day. Still had pain every day I was calling to Royal, pain was bad then Friday they said u can go to our Burridge office Dr Stanlyis there on Saturdayi took Uber and went to Royal at Burridge, Dr Stanley did X-ray and did 2nd surgery on same Tooth's I had before. He sedate the tooth still I felt pain he sedate again I was so uncomfortable I could not breath so he gave me Iv,s surgery got done he found Thar a piece of tooth was left with first surgery so it was causing pain . Now I finished the Amoxillin500 asDr directed , then I went to Dr Troy an he checked how I am healing Surgery. At there office Dirrea started it was reaction on Strong Antibiotic some how I got home and Dirrea got worse I was Vomitting and Direaa some time , so I called 911 and went to Hospital stayed there 2-3 days. My upper partial was done so I neede lower partial Dr Anthony adjusted 4-5 times but still I can not eat anything except soft food can not chew it hurts. My town is chipped because of cleaning I told Dr Anthony to fix it but he said it has to be replaced I said it should be done. O charge to me he said u have talk to owner Dr Peter Troy'an my Dental Insurance has all been depleted. I want to talk to Dr Troyan but phone is not given to me by Staff could not find his business card. Wrote him a letter asking to fix my Crown Free and help me with Hospital bills and my pain and suffering I went through Hell . I never had this kind of experience in my life before. I Told I think DR Patterson give me Zpack Antibiotic because I can not tolerate strong but he said no it is better . Staff is good Dr Anthony is good but not very well qualified. The ahygenic Meggy who did my cleaning was worse she did not see the difference between sealed cement or plaque she was not qualified I Suffered so much after cleaning , I do not know they did cleaning after 3 months it should be done after six months. Seems like it is All business No care for patient. Everyone told me ot to go back but I thought they are working with Insurance so let's finish my treatment. They have to fix my Down upper front fix or replace my lower Par UAL so I could eat without pain. I Hope to hear from them soon .
