Terrible dental practice- fraudulent insurance billing for unneeded dental procedures. I came in for a new patient exam in Aug of 2025. The hygienist is the ONLY one who provided services. The dentist NEVER examined my teeth, never reviewed my medical/dental history or ever discussed anything with me. The dentist billed for an exam, even though she did nothing. She also ordered "fillings" on my next visit- as the front deck advised me. When I asked why, when I had no cavities or any need for fillings? The front desk women said, "she has here do fillings". I called my insurance company and advised them of the fraud. I called Royal Dental for an explanation- I spoke with Monica. They did nothing but lie and tried to cover up their billing fraud. If they did this to me, clearly this is the norm for for them. They likely do it others- packing in as many patients as possible and bill insurance companies for unnecessary procedures and work never done. I went here in the fall of 2025 for the removal of 2 wisdom teeth. I was awake for it and I recall asking for more numbing because I was worried and scared. I felt like I was not reassured during the process and when it was over I did not receive physical written instructions about the aftercare. The assistant verbally explained that I was to not drink from straws and nothing more, so I was not aware that I was supposed to avoid spitting and other precautions. They did not provide me with gauze either. I walked down to discuss financial payment and after being fresh out of surgery and numbed up, it was a bit difficult to speak. The woman at the desk was very rude and informed me I owed $300-400 I can not recall the specific amount and I was confused and explained that I have insurance to cover it. She rudely spoke to me and demanded I paid and I asked her to bill the rest later and she said no. My friend with me was listening to the conversation, but did not know specifics so she couldn't speak for me. I went on to tell the front desk worker if I could talk to my dad on the phone in which I ended up handing her my phone to speak to him and then she proceeded to change her mind and say it was okay to be billed later. I take my phone back and keep profusely apologizing as I explained that I was pulling up the credit card number information and she kept ignoring me. I finally found the card number and handed her my phone and she took it and slammed in on her table. Following this unfortunate encounter, I went home and was bleeding for a long time about more than a day, so I have a feeling that the Doctor rushed the surgery and I bruised and swelled pretty bad. I did not notice this as abnormal, but recently got my wisdom teeth out somewhere else and I am healing a whole lot better. I would also brush my teeth and blood clots would come out for a while. It was later found out that the woman incorrectly billed our insurance and we were expected a refund. The next time I tried to book for my other 2 wisdom teeth they would not answer my mom on the phone and said they would call us back but never did. They had us waiting around and when we finally demanded they give us a price estimate, as I am now double insured, they would provide with different number estimates every time and said they would call back in the early morning when they opened. They finalized that she could not come up with a proper estimate of the cost, but that if I got the surgery I would not have to pay the day of the surgery. It all seemed like an odd situation and I decided to go to a different place and they gave me an upfront estimate immediately which I paid at the moment of my pre operation. This dental care facility changed my view on teeth. I stopped going to the dentist for 10 years. My friends convinced me I should go. My wife's dad suggested this place in 2018. On my first visit they assessed what needed to be done to get my teeth in check. I had a crown on my tooth which needed to be replaced and 10/10 my fake tooth blends in very well. My fears of going to the dentist have since disappeared since going to Royal Dental. The staff is nice and polite, teeth cleanings are fast as long as you are kind to your teeth in-between visits. Royal Dental They did my dental checkup honestly and told me the truth , that crown can not be re cemented because the little part of tooth was in the crown. Dr Saad did Crown on weak tooth which fell off. Crown was done in March 2025 and it fell off in July 2025 , charged $1200 for that , his main purpose to make money not quality or care. This is the 2nd time he put crown on same tooth and charged full Crown price both times. SAD! read more

I came here for a routine dental appointment (check up and cleaning). The process of making an appointment as a new customer was smooth and quick. I used the chat in their website and someone contacted me within 24 hrs and I was able to make an appointment. Location: I struggled to find the sign as first so I missed my turn into the parking lot. Not as convenient to get there if you miss the turn into the parking lot. Customer service: The staff (front desk, hygienist and dentist, Dr. Aneta) were are friendly and helpful. The dentist spent adequate time with me to answer any questions I had. Fluoride ($60): I usually opt for fluoride but it is typically not covered by insurance. I don't recall paying $60 for it with prior dentists though so I was shocked to hear the cost. I have been going here for several months due to a invisalign treatment. I feel incredibly belitted whenever I arrive and have to speak to anyone. I feel as if I'm treated as a lesser person whenever addressed. This treatment itself has tanked my self esteem and I can no longer look at my smile with joy. I did not choose this invisalign treatment, I was forced into it. Between braces and invisalign, I did not want braces again, I was hopeful for at least some kind of option that might not hurt. Now I refuse to smile because it's disgusting. The care I have recieved does not benefit me in my opinion, I did not care for a straight smile. I had also recieved a comment, out of nowhere, I need jaw surgery for the perfection required. I despise this place, I hate the care, and I never want to smile until my teeth feel like mine again and aren't being controlled by someone who was given rights to fix and alter a body that is not theirs. read more

Dr. Troyan is the best! I had so much pain and could barely chew for a good amount of time. He explained the whole procedure thoroughly and alleviated the pain immediately. We need more dentists like him and will be seeing him now on. The staff are very welcoming as well. Recommend this office 10/10! read more

The office called me to schedule an appointment for a checkup and cleaning. They took x-rays and cleaned my teeth. When they reviewed the x-rays, they noticed that I had issues that needed to be addressed. They ask me to make a consultation appointment. When I showed up for the appointment, they informed me that I was no longer in network. The problem I have with all of this is they knew my insurance had been dropped from the network prior to calling me to schedule the cleaning and x-rays and prior to scheduling the consultation so why waste my time. I could go on and on, if you're looking for unprofessional uncomfortable rude atmosphere this is the place to go. read more
