I'm writing this after months of trying to get someone from LaserAway to take accountability for a terrible experience. I completed all of my laser hair removal treatments and after finishing every single session as recommended, I've only seen about 20 to 25 percent reduction in hair growth which is completely unacceptable for the cost and promises made. What's worse than the poor results is the unprofessional and disrespectful way the management handled my concerns. I reached out several times to the regional director for the Long Island locations, Ashley, and not only did I receive no meaningful response, but the tone and dismissiveness I did encounter were completely inappropriate for a company of this size. There was no effort to resolve my concerns, no offer to review my case, and no customer care whatsoever. LaserAway sells a premium service at a premium price, but their results and customer service are anything but premium. Once they have your money, you're on your own. I strongly urge anyone considering them to stay far away. There are far better providers who stand behind their results and treat customers with respect. Avoid LaserAway. very unprofessional. took only one session for me to cancel my package. I arrived on time for my appointment but they said I had to wait because they tried to call to change my appointment time for later. I checked and they never called me and then I waited an hour to finally be seen. I was offered tea and never received it. Great experience! Went in for coolsculpting and the nurse was extremely patient and informative and helped ease me into the process. The process itself was 45 min for me and had mild to high discomfort and pain, which the nurse warned me for beforehand. Nothing too unbearable. I'm excited for my second session! Took off a star only because calling for a consult and booking my appointment over the phone was very inconvenient as I often felt forgotten about and having to call and reach out a lot. She heard my thoughts on areas of concern, heard my financial predicament and came up with an amazing plan to finance my treatment.
