The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. I still haven't heard back from Jenkins, so I think I found my new provider.

The owner, Aldi is wonderful and made the process for servicing my HVAC so easy. He was transparent in his pricing and did a thorough diagnostic of my HVAC. When he came for the first visit, he bought Joe who was also so knowledgeable and helpful. I was so impressed in Aldi's and Joe's experience. They even told me issues my previous HVAC company did. I got my HVAc serviced and a UV bulb installed. I couldn't be more thrilled. I hope to continue getting service with Florida Air Flow Heating & Air. I can confidently say that I feel like my HVAC will be maintained properly working with this company.

The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. Their service guys are unqualified, after FOURTEEN visits to my house, each time they entered something else broke down. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. I had an appointment yesterday, Dec. 9, 2025, for a maintenance call... they DID NOT SHOW UP. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. In the past 6 months that we have dealt with this company... there is not ONE SINGLE PERSON that still works there now that did then. A business with a revolving door of employment is not a good business at all; they are unreliable. Will they show up for the next scheduled appointment!? And if they do... will the service be adequate or will they, again, leave us with a non-working unit as they have in the past. I have NO TRUST in this company.

First there is a service fee to come out to premises, which is understandable but what is not is the lack of communication from management after 3 weeks of nothing but dead air after the new tech found yet another issue with the unit that was not found when previous tech was on site after the new install. Been trying to get a resolution on this matter and keep on getting nothing from anyone. While their customer service may be OK on certain aspects, their management and ownership lacks a single ounce of Customer Service Values. I'm sure if it was me having to service their issue they would be trying to get answers as-well. Not sure what Value they bring to table when I have a non-working unit affecting my workshop and they don't seem to care about it. Guess they are not a "Reliable" as their name calls for. This technician displayed disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional conduct. I was quite taken aback when he accessed my backyard to get to the AC outdoor unit through my living room, and patio (rather than the main door) without asking for my permission first. The unfortunate part, when he got to the back door of my patio, he forcefully pushed and slammed the screen door, nearly damaging it in the process. This man appeared to be extremely agitated or angry, and seemed ready to confront me! He was very loud that my next door neighbor's son came out to check what was going on at my place! Jared, your actions genuinely frightened me and made me feel unsafe! This guy was the second technician from Buehler Air and Plumbing to visit my home in three months regarding my AC issue. The first technician didn't address the root cause of the problem; instead, he claimed to find another issue that wasn't broken just to charge me more ($1200), rather than fixing the actual problem-- a burned wire in the outdoor unit that only required a $273 repair. For context, my AC system is only four years old, and this company replaced the entire system for $7,900 back in 2022. They not only failed to fix the primary issue originally, but they also disrespected my property by trespassing! Ultimately, I had to tell this technician, Jared, to use the main door he had originally entered, instead of coming through my living room and patio to access the AC unit in my backyard. We had purchased two air conditioning units from a different company that used to be based in Jacksonville. However, we were unaware that they had been acquired from a company in Orlando. We encountered persistent issues with the units, and despite our efforts to resolve the problems, neither unit functioned properly. We urgently needed to have the ductwork in our upstairs unit replaced and the downstairs cleaned. After researching three companies, we chose Snyder AC, and we are extremely grateful for our decision. Snyder AC dispatched a technician named Amy. At the time, we were unaware of her extensive experience in designing systems and teaching. Amy thoroughly inspected both systems and confirmed that both were operating incorrectly, causing heavy condensation in the upstairs unit and the unit downstairs consistently backing up in the drain pan. Every three months, we would call the previous company to vacuum the system. The underlying issue was that the systems were never properly balanced to ensure optimal airflow. Snyder solved all the issues. Amy's team of Technicians involved in the project: AJ, Glenn, Damon, Marcus, Chad, Parth, Aidan, and Taylor in the office have been coordinating all of the project appointments, etc. We were so pleased of the organization, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Beware!!! I have purchased 3 systems from Snyder for my…read morehouse in Jax. The first 2 lasted about 12 years. This last Daiken system had a 12 year parts warranty and 5 year labor. I had them come check it last Monday. They said it had a leak and charged me $1100.00 for adding 6 lbs of 410A freon. Thats over $190.00 per pound for freon that cost them $300.00 for 25 lbs. They also told me freon was labor and that i had a leak and it would cost between 3-5 thousand dollars to find the leak and replace the part. The part would be covered under warranty that was good until 2030. I asked the Technician to leave me an invoice and he said he would email it. Its been a week and still no invoice. Snyder use to be great, now they are only in it for the money. No customer loyalty and they charge for everything. I know i was told that I would only ever have to pay for labor after 5 years and freon is not labor. I asked for a manager to call me and still no one has contacted me. This company is not what they use to be. My recommendation is to find a different company with better ratings. Ron Corey
