I really liked Dr. McCormack very much. She did my procedure just like I asked her to, the only…read moreissue it took months of healing time and even now I feel a twinge here and there in my implants. She did a procedure that's called a "exchange " because I had an implant that burst. I'm not sure why it did but it hurt me tremendously. I initially was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and had a double mastectomy at the time. That surgeon did a horrific job because they were incredibly tight so I had them redone in 2014 to make them smaller and just more comfortable at that point. When I started to have pain in my right implant I could tell that the implant had ruptured just because how it looked and felt. The pain is also a good indicator. I went to see Dr. McCormack at her beautiful office that has the surgery center in the same building. Great for her! Nice planning. The front desk people made sure the would not be happy to help with the insurance in anyway...My surgery would be covered since the implant burst. It was a complete pain to get them to get me the doc notes and photos. The lied to me a couple of times until I FINALLY received them. I mean 10 grand is a great vacation for me. I would never get any further procedures at this office because you barely deal with the doc just with those awful front desk persons. I get it you don't want to deal with insurance but seriously they just couldn't be bothered with my request. Annoying

She did not disclose all the details of what her recommendations would look like. Additionally, my results were the opposite of what I had hoped, and now I have to live with it every time I look in the mirror. I'm not convinced that Dr. McCormack is even concerned with her work, since I never saw her during any of my follow ups. And when I expressed my concerns during my year of healing, her staff would just try and reassure me. It's been over a year. I healed well, but the results are not good. I spent a lot of money on my surgery, but spent additional money on having to pay my bills while being off work during recovery, which I expected. With all the money I ended up paying all together, I certainly did not expect to get such poor results. And I cannot afford to go take more time off work and go back into surgery to get it fixed. When I can afford to get this fixed, I will certainly be going to a different plastic surgeon.

(The ladies here are all friendly and are helpful). We made a realistic game plan and rescheduled to come back in March of 2024. At this visit, the game plan didn't change and we continued to medical clearance in April. I was cleared for surgery at the end of April and a week and a half later I got a new nose. I had a big scar on my nose and Dr. Hall was able to minimize it while I was under. Surgery went according to plan, with check in to check out. It was out patient at Quail surgery! They took great care of me! See my review for Quail! I did have a minor issue when I returned post surgery to have the stents and stitches removed. The girl removing them, pulled and tore a bit at the base of my nose. It was painful and annoying. Thank goodness someone else was in the office to remove the remaining stent and stitches in my left nostril. I also had a billing issue that was caught later and I was reimbursed, but I wasn't too happy with that either. I doubt a check for $210 would have been mailed back to me had I not caught their error. I waited a year to write this review if at all. I wanted to give an accurate account of my experience. Would I do it again? Probably not. I'm not a surgery kind of person. The only other one I had was a cesarean. Rhinoplasty was painful, but I'm breathing better, so that was worth it. Thank you Dr. Hall, my nose is still setting and appears smaller everyday.

He was personable and professional. Everyone made me feel at ease and confident with the experience. After the procedure, Jay, my nurse, was friendly, attentive and professional. He brought me water and made sure it stayed down. He checked on me frequently. He kept me up on my recovery progress. I'm totally impressed with this surgery center. Just realized I did not give Dr. Ko the review he deserves. My husband had a eye lid lift here some…read moretime ago so he could see better. The eye lids were drooping and when he was tired one would cover his vision. Dr. Ko did the surgery on both lids to lift them. We felt comfortable with this doctor right away and I was taking care of my husband after the surgery. Everything went well, the only thing was, my husband told me, he never wanted to go through that again. There was a lot of after surgery care and healing. But now you can not even see the cut marks on each eye lid. He was happy with the outcome and the follow up visits. The doctor was informative and good at what he does. We would recommend him to anyone of any age if they have drooping eye lids. If you have this problem it can get worse as the years go by so he decided it was time.

He is very good at what he does and walks you through the process of a minor eyelid operation. I really didn't want to have to go through this again after the first time going through it in November 2023. The following spring, I got another cyst/stye on my other eyelid and it didn't go away on its own so I had to make an appointment for the same procedure. All is well now and I'm hoping I don't have to return but if I do, it's a good place to go.
