    I don't give out 5 stars that often and especially to doctors. Had my fair share theses last two years having just recovered from throat cancer. Anyway , I found Dr.Fontaine to be very down to earth and friendly which gave me a lot of confidence in him. I visited the facility to get the health check for anti aging and living forever pills . After a full review of my blood test it was decided more tests were needed. I really did not expect to hear from him much after that as my prognosis was not what I expected. To the contrary he followed up with e-mails of advice, another tele conference to go through more test and we have a plan in place to fight the normal aging issues of cholesterol, body fat etc while I deal with the extra tests I needed. The simple fact is that the blood test that Dr. Fontaine performed on me were more detailed than the ones your primary care physician does. Theses test found a problem that I probably would not have found for years and maybe by then it would have been too late. In short , probably saved my life. Wow

    Amazing team! Very happy with the results of my Botox, I am impressed with their patient and that they take the time to explain to me every procedure and question I have. definitely coming back for the third time!!!! Megan is great she completely listened to my needs and explains to me every step of the process.

    I was really bothered by my smile lines and felt as though my face wasn't lifted as it used to be. After one treatment with Louise at Dr. Fontaine's office, my smile line isn't noticeable and my cheeks are lifted. She is a TRUE detailed artist with lots of experience, insight, and helpful knowledge. Always goes above and beyond.

    I purchased $400 in photofacials from Dr. Fontaine's office through Groupon. After a consultation I was told I'm ineligible due to melasma (marks of motherhood) from pregnancy. Although my Groupon won't expire for another month and a half, both Groupon and Dr. Fontaine's office refuses to honor or refund the $400 in service. Since Groupon is big/corporate I am disappointed, but not totally suprised in their antics. I expected however, that Dr. Fontaine's office would allow me to apply the $400 on a different service, such as photofacial on my chest/neck where I do not have melasma. They refuse. I'm extremely disappointed, hurt, and feel very taken advantage of since I've paid $400 for nothing and nobody at this office cares.

    This is my second post! I just want to give a shout out to my RN aesthetician Sarah. She has guided me on such an incredible aesthetic journey--I am a totally happier more confident person since meeting her and being under her care. I never have felt pushed to do anything which is huge for me because I'm really someone who likes to make decisions on my own--but Sarah has given suggestions and explained the treatments and then let me decide what to do then -- I am someone who values feeling confident (and I'm no stranger to procedures), but never before has anyone help me come into my own as much as this particular aesthetic expert. We've done skin care regime which I totally can't speak highly enough about, botox on the full face to just provide a youthful glow, and we've made my lips really special with two treatments of juvederm--and then we just did a plasma peel. It was pricey!!!! I'm a grad student and a TA but I really want to be my most beautiful self -- it's something I value and it makes me happier so I do it even though I have to budget in other areas better....But omg the results are unbelievable. It's been a month and I'm so happy. I am writing this post to commend Sarah on her help in making me a happier healthier and more beautiful individual on the outside and inside. Thank you so much!!! I can't recommend this practice and this aesthetician more than I am right now.

    Disclaimer: This review is solely on the booking/consultation process and not an actual procedure. Just a little background, September was a month of indulging and vacations for me because it was my birthday month. I have always been interested in cool sculpting but never really thought I needed it because for the most part I live a healthy lifestyle and work out regularly. Being that I have a vacation in December and a crazy work schedule I was on groupon one day and saw this establishment had cool sculpting deal on there. 1 session for $600 and 2 sessions for $1,200. After some research I decided to call them and inquire because I knew that groupon had taken a portion of profit I wanted to offer paying them directly but wanted to see if they would honor the groupon member price. The receptionist said she would speak to Julie to see if she would honor the pricing. Im not certain if I called or she called me back but she stated that the pricing they had listed was for $800 in groupon. I told her I could send them through text what I was looking on at my end. So I sent the text and never heard back. Fast forward a few days later 3 days before my consultation I gave the office a call back and Kelly had stated she had been trying to call/email me and I hadn't received any call/text whatsoever. I can go back and get my phone records etc but I have no reason to not be truthful about getting a follow up call being that I was the one inquiring and willing to spend the $$. Kelly stated that they would be willing to do $550 for each treatment and I told her I would call her back with my office phone because I had poor connection and I couldn't hear anything with my cell. ( I can also provide my conversations via chat on verizon weeks prior discussing a cell tower being out and not getting service in my office if need be ) I got busy and didn't call back which was my fault but I also felt like wow, any good establishment would follow up with their patient/client following a couple hours or the morning of. So today my appointment day 10/8 I called their office and Kelly picked up. I told her I no longer wanted to proceed with my consultation she said, "Oh no, may I ask why?" As I am beginning to explain that I felt that my business (because of the request to match pricing) was not welcomed..... and she said "I can't hear you the connection is bad, hello?" Coincidence? Im not sure but if it wasn't than I would have gotten a call back. BUT, I didn't. Long story short, I really feel as if establishments that want to put deals out on groupon (this goes to every establishment) to get new clients through the door they shouldn't make customers feel that they are unwelcome. I have a masseuse, gym, etc that I have found through groupon and have been going for years and have no issues paying full price for anything. Just don't market a deal for your establishment and not try to honor it.

I saw Julie the P.A. and she has been very professional..kind n extremely good other job. Especially with my injections. Of course the injections hurt a bit( my trick is to have an assistant hold the freeze spray one the place where MD or PA is injecting (during the entire injection time). Im extremely pleased with all MDs I've seen there.. Dr Tal David &Dr Jerrick Robker. I've had hand surgery w/ Dr Robker n it was amazing. I highly recommend this entire office off Serrento Rd. Thanks again to you all including you ladies at the front n back desks. You are the best n very efficient!

    Leaving the Dr's name out…read more... Honestly, I'm a little hesitant to write this review because I still need a physician, and this doctor came highly recommended. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I'm not sure which was more frustrating: waiting over **2 1/2 hours** past my scheduled appointment to be seen, or scheduling a virtual follow-up to review my MRI only to never receive the call. Instead, I received a voicemail summarizing the MRI findings. MRI results can be complex, and I had questions about what they meant, my diagnosis, and the next steps. That's a conversation that should happen directly with a patient--not through a voicemail. I understand that medical offices can run behind and that physicians have demanding schedules. However, patients' time is valuable too, and timely communication is an important part of quality care. I truly hope this experience was an exception because I had heard such wonderful things about this practice, but unfortunately, it left me feeling frustrated and unheard. *While I was waiting 2.5hrs for my appt a lady came in and said "I had to come b/c no one answers the phone...while I don't have an issue w/ the nurse calling or emailing me back, I just have an issue w/ time management...be aware the Ortho Dr only works there VERY LIMITED hours and maybe if I was told that...I would have asked for someone else*
