I broke a tooth last night, and they got me in today quickly and fixed the problem. This is the…read morethird time that I have broken a tooth, and they have gotten me in quickly each time. The staff are friendly and great. They listen carefully and answer all of my questions. Dr. Haring worked on my tooth today and gave detailed advice. He told me to be careful if I was drinking something hot while I was still numb, and suggested that I touch any liquid with my finger to ensure it wasn't too hot. After all the dental work that I have had, that was the first time anyone had given me that tip. He also reminded me to be careful if I ate anything before the medication wore off, and to chew softly. I appreciated the care from everyone today.

I had an appointment I was excited about. I have Medicaid but honestly didn't even check if I have…read moredental coverage because I don't let insurance dictate my health. I will never see a medicaid dentist (and a word to the wise you shouldn't either). I was prepared to pay as a cash patient. I briefly mention the medicaid to the front desk and they refuse to see me at all, even as a cash patient listing a legal liability as the reason. I recently relocated to Terre Haute which is why I need a dentist, but I have spent the last 12 years in the dental field. I have never heard this rule before. On the bright side and the reason for the second star I have also never met a dentist willing to turn down thousands of dollars in cash, so you can probably trust them.

Dr. Luttrell explained to me that there was nothing I could have done to prevent the cavity. It was caused because stuff managed to get under the sealant that he personally and strongly recommended and applied to my teeth when I was younger. Despite admitting that getting the cavity was his fault, he still charged me the full whopping amount of 200$ to fix the small cavity. AFTER the cavity was filled, I began to experience pain in the tooth (I had no pain whatsoever in the tooth before the removal of the cavity) after 4 weeks of still having pain, I contacted Dr. Luttrell's office to discuss my tooth pain. They told me to schedule an appoint which I assumed would be complimentary since they caused my tooth pain. It was not, they wanted to charge me an additional 100$ just to look at the tooth! I confronted the staff wondering why they were trying to charge me even more money to fix there botched work. The staff was very rude. I told them I would not be back to there business and they didn't even care! Would not recommend!!!

I…read morehave taken all three of my children here since birth and all was great until this year, 16 years later. My son needed dental work on several teeth and we were quoted $1300 after insurance. I asked if we could only do the couple of teeth that are going to cause issues soon as to avoid such a high bill and worry about the other ones later. I was told that they would absolutely NOT adjust the work to accommodate my request and instead offered to take out more credit in addition to the care credit we currently have. I insisted and they refused, so we went for a second opinion. The new dentist not only offered to adjust a plan to fit our needs, but quoted us to do the exact same work for only $250. We didn't have to adjust our plan and my son got all the work done that he needed for $1050 LESS. Please beware and seek a second opinion for high costing dental work quoted at this office. $1300 versus $250 for the exact same work is rather suspicious and ridiculous to me

Insurance billing is terrible ended paying a lot more for service that should have been covered…read morethrough insurance. They tell you you're covered only to find out 6 months later your insurance has been denied then you get stuck with a bill.
