After meeting with Kaye and getting a rough idea of cost and hours involved, the estimate was between four and seven hundred dollars. I needed this project to be expedited and she understood the time line I was facing . A couple of days later I visited with her office gal (who I will not name because she is very nice and stuck dealing with companies practices) could not get software to work with the largest bank in the nations state of the art portal (red flag #2)and before I left Kaye went on about some guy that stuck her with a unpaid debt over five thousand dollars, real professional (red flag #3) A month passes and I get a bill for over two thousand dollars. The explanation was that they had to input all data by hand rather then import into software , Kaye explained they didn't import because it cost seven dollars and ninety nine cents per year to do that, yes $7.99(7.99x3=23.97)Rather than importing into software she charged me for hours and hours of data entry equaling thousands of dollars which I never agreed to . When picking up paperwork she coerced me into agreeing to pay that amount or I couldn't have the book keeping information I needed , she understood what type of time issues I had and was using it as leverage. I have already paid over four times the estimated amount and she still wants more , run away fast . I am contacting my lawyer and the BBB and I looking forward to it. After this horrible experience I found a local business with trained professionals, they did the same amount of work for under $500. Be ware of who you trust , this company is bad news.
