In fact, I am now responsible for $1300!! I only found this out after contacting my Insurance company myself over 6 times and they finally told me based on what he had to have done, they were only going to cover about 30% of what this office estimated. It's one thing to mis-estimate by $50, but when you're off $700 or more, that is reprehensible!! I have called this organization 7 times over the past month (My son's surgery was early Feb.) and they have yet to even file the correct paperwork for the meager portion that my insurance has told me they will pay for the procedure. Furthermore, I have contacted them about this issue hoping for some sort of honest and fair resolution and they have not returned my correspondence. AVOID THIS GROUP!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST regarding what you will have to pay before you have anything done.

I was there at 7:15a, in the chair by 745a and done within about an hour and one half. That evening I got a follow-up call from Dr Wessell. He assured me the procedure went well and encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions or issues. I followed his plan through my next visit on 12//30/20 and after a short consultation, he assured me that my post surgery progress was on track.
