Consistently gave appointments to my wife at times where you will show up but than sit in the waiting area for at least an hour. If they know how long it takes for a patient, why not give appointments accordingly rather than just bulking it all up just to increase the intake. For example, a single appointment setting would give us a 10.30 am for fetal scan and than a doctor's appointment at 11 am. But than we would never see the technician till 11.30 making us late for the doctor's appointment. Same issue would persist art doctor's than because you will be late and wait there for God knows how long. Seriously problematic. E.g., for our last appointment (wife was 40+ weeks pregnant), making a pregnant women so far along just sit in the waiting area is not "good care" Not sure if this is because the staff is ordered to increase the intake and take as many patients in as "possible" or just carelessness or disregard to such obvious and easy fix issues.

She mentioned that she would send a prescription after reviewing the lab results, but the primary reason for my visit was to understand the root cause of my issue and not simply to receive medication. Unfortunately, the doctor did not take the time to listen to my concerns and seemed rushed to move on to the next patient. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations for thorough or attentive care.

Unprofessional, not even sure if it's a legitimate practice. We were referred to Dr. Williams by…read moreour doctor for a fertility work-up. We didn't do any research on the clinic because we trusted our doctors referral When we called to schedule the appointment we were told Dr. Williams only sees men with zero sperm and that we would need to see Dr. Grimaldo. We agreed and booked the appointment. Upon arrival we completed some docs and we were taken to a room where the receptionist asked more questions and gave us lab referrals (which had the name spelled incorrectly). We told the receptionist the name was wrong and after several attempts, the receptionist still couldn't get the name correct. He told us to write it down and he'd change it later. After the receptionist left we waited for 45 minutes before we stepped out to ask if we had been forgotten about. Then the nurse finally came in. He asked for our previous labs, which we had already given to the receptionist. The nurse left for another 20 minutes trying to find them before coming back to our room. He asked a few questions and then performed a genital exam. Then he sent us to the lab for a work up with my husbands incorrect name on the slips. The lab lady said, if insurance doesn't pay we will be responsible for bill and recommended we get name fixed with receptionist. At check-out we asked the receptionist who it was that saw us. He said Dr Grimaldo. I said no it wasn't. The guy we saw wasn't the same as guy in photo in lobby. Then he said, oh then it must have been Tim, the new doctor. However, it wasn't Tim either because we could see Tims photo in lobby too. He apparently had no idea who came in and performed my husbands genital exam and neither do we. We felt violated and so confused. We basically drove 2 hours to see some nurse who for all we know doesn't really work there. He was not wearing any identification, his name is not on our paperwork and nobody knows who he is. To be honest the whole experience was very disturbing. Needless to say we won't go back. There's no way on earth we would trust these guys with our health and our fertility. **UPDATE Dr. Grimaldo called us and explained what happened and apologized for the mix-up. He also reassured us that the person we saw is a board certified practitioner who works for the clinic. He also gave us the results of our lab work and gave us information we were seeking to know on our visit. He also offered telemedicine for future so we don't have to drive so far. It was a nice gesture and we feel much better, however after our conversation I couldn't help but feel the Doctor was sort of patronizing me, saying he will have the nurse have his name written on back of uniform. To be honest, just because someone wears scrubs or a name badge doesn't make them credible. I was more disturbed that nobody knew who he was in the day of our visit. It's key to know who you are scheduling appointment with and on day of appointment that person sees you or the office tells you in advance that you will be seeing someone else. The office was so disorganized I felt concerned that anyone could have just walked in to play doctor. Anyhow, with that being said, it was our first visit and everyone and every office is entitled to an off day and we really appreciated the doctor calling us to clear things up.

I made an appt some time later and when I got there, after waiting about 30 minutes the lady at the front desk called me over to tell me I had a balance. I told her that it is not possible because I had not been to the DR for several months and I paid the bill they sent me in July. She was all confused and asked me to sit. Fifteen minutes later she calls me again and explains that the problem is that Dr. Nguyen does not take my insurance, the doctor that runs the practice does. I told her I had checked with them several months before and was told she did. Then she went to ask Dr.Nguyen to see what she thought and it seems that she told her that I would have to pay as an uninsured person?? I told her NO. I have insurance and will not pay out of pocket to see her. I was not seen that day and the lady said she would call me back to let me know what they could resolve. She never called me. I called back a week later and was transferred to someone named Stephanie (who supposedly deals with insurance), left her a message and she still hasnt called me back. I am through with this office. I will just find a different gynecologist. I'm still a little pissed that they gave me wrong information but never took responsibility it. Now I'm the one that has to pay (literally) for their mistakes. Gave her two stars because although service sucked Dr. Nguyen's nurse is really sweet and kind of makes up for the Dr's lack of empathy. I really have experienced better.

Thanks to Yelp, I found Dr. Nguyen and she is a great doctor, and very personable. Went in for my annual exam and I appreciated the fact that she came in the exam room and talk to me before my exam. It was nice to chat with her for a minute about medical history, etc. I only waited about 10 minutes before the nurse called me back, which I really don't consider "waiting" since I was completing paperwork. Office staff was friendly and her nurse was great too! I'm definitely relieved to have found a new doctor in my new city.

The receptionist checked me in, gave me my paperwork and a cup for a urine sample. She said, if you can and need to go, please give a urine sample. I didn't know that they were going to ask for that, so I didn't need to go. At no time did they make me feel like it was something that I HAD to do. As soon as the receptionist made a copy of my DL and insurance card, she pointed me to the waiting room to have a seat, fill out my paperwork and wait to be called. I didn't even have time to complete my paperwork before I was called back. So, the waiting time wasn't very long at all. An assistant called me to a side room to collect my medical history and add my history to the computer. She also took my vitals, height and weight. She was also very nice. After she finished she escorted me to an exam room and told me that the doctor would be in soon. I'm used to waiting some time before the doctor arrives, but it wasn't that long at all. Dr. Itai Ronan was very nice and took the time to actually listen to my concerns. He asked the right questions, and I felt like he truly cared about giving me the best care possible. He recommend a medication that I didnt even think about, that may actually be better for me in the long run. We agreed to take it for a couple of months to see if it'll be the right fit. The whole experience was great! One of the best doctor visits I've had in awhile. The staff was super friendly, from the front office all the way to the person that drew my blood for my labs. The doctor was top notch, and the office was welcoming, comfortable and clean. What more could you ask for? I'm super happy that I decided to not cancel my appointment and give them a shot. I have seen my fair share of Gynecologist over the years, men and women, and tend to prefer a woman, but I could not get in to see my most recent gyno (at a different practice, ) and my insurance will be changing at the end of the week....so I needed to get in quickly. I was able to schedule this appointment within days... and I advised my 21 year-old daughter to try to make an appointment as well (before insurance changes.) She was also able to get an appointment within days. I was very impressed as I called multiple offices throughout Houston and could not get a sooner appointment with anyone else. The front desk receptionist could have been a little friendlier, but overall I was happy with the entire process. I was in and out, including bloodwork, and a full exam in just over an hour. I will be going back.
