Relying entirely on this representation, I paid their hefty upfront fee under the understanding that my insurance would reimburse the claim in full. They assured me I could contact their office if I had any issues with this claim. For the record, I have never had even a copay at other dental practices. My routine cleanings and X-rays have always been fully covered elsewhere. To my great surprise, my insurance only covered a portion of their fee. I reached out to their office over the phone and spoke with Ashley, who informed me that this was routine and to be expected. Helen sent me a follow up email reiterating that I was entirely at fault and would not be reimbursed for their misleading mistake. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone based on their deceptive practice of attempting to gain clients by not being upfront about costs. It left me with an icky feeling and sadness that although this is a small town, there are businesses here that would remain successful despite operating in such a dishonest manner. You are best served by taking your business elsewhere.

We had a moment of confusion of what pharmacy my meds were at and she drove all the way to the pharmacy to make sure they were at the correct one. She also called me right away the day before (Labor Day) when I left a message about pain I was dealing with that concerned me since my surgery was the next day. Ask the secretary for directions or you may get confused since it's on a street that has two names (You go left onto Old Main St. even though his address is on Prospect St. depending which direction you're coming from).

Had been looking for a new dentist after mine retired after 30+ years. I broke a crown a few days…read moreearlier at dinner and knew that not only sudddenly did I need to find someone I felt comfortable with, but someone with experience. After some research, I called and was given a same day appointment. Staff was extremely courteous as was Dr. Hoff, friendly, completely professional and effcient. Never tried to pressure me but I knew that a new crown was highly likely. He offered to bond the piece that broke which I had retrieved but could not assure me that it would be a long term fix. Within, 1 1/2 hours, I had the remaining old crown removed, several impressions taken, a temp put in, and I was on my way. The cost of the new porcelin crown is well within the competitive range of area dentists. Totally pleased!
