When he put on the half crown, the rest of this real tooth was cracked a little. The time past by, this tooth became weaker and sensitive. When I can't stand it, I have ask Dr. Chan to fix it. Then for 3 times, he quickly touch up a little each time, but charged me a lot of money. The more I suffer, the more dollar I have to pay; the more Dr. Chan gain. The worst is I will have to do an implant for this tooth soon. The suffering and cost to me can be a disaster! After all this tooth is a MOLAR, to chew food every day! After some research, I called and was given a same day appointment. Staff was extremely courteous as was Dr. Hoff, friendly, completely professional and effcient. Never tried to pressure me but I knew that a new crown was highly likely. He offered to bond the piece that broke which I had retrieved but could not assure me that it would be a long term fix. Within, 1 1/2 hours, I had the remaining old crown removed, several impressions taken, a temp put in, and I was on my way. The cost of the new porcelin crown is well within the competitive range of area dentists. Totally pleased!

Ask the secretary for directions or you may get confused since it's on a street that has two names (You go left onto Old Main St. even though his address is on Prospect St. depending which direction you're coming from).

I got a call this morning and they said "unless you come in for regular check ups we can't see you any more" I did tell them the previous week I would come more often if I had dental insurance. I always paid cash and never asked for any discounts. I did not ask for anything for free. I just had a toothache! The doctor never mentioned anything about their policy at that time. Profits are for more important that people. Very sad this is where we are today.
