The staff is extremely friendly and I feel like they appreciate you being a patient there. I tend to always re-schedule my appointments and they never get upset about it. I have been a patient here since they were in their old office on West Squantum Street which as someone mentioned was small but inviting. The New office is spacious, beautifully decorated, and yet still very inviting and warm. They did a great job opening their new space which Dr. Competiello was very excited about and he even gave me a tour of all of their new state of the art equipment. It is nice to know that small medical practices still exist that put the patient first and invest in the latest medical technology. The office is super clean and it has all brand new equipment and I feel safe with all of the protocols they have in place. They take their time getting to know you and any concerns you may have, and go over your treatment in depth so you are completely informed of what you need. They took digital xrays (very cool) and photos of cavities so I could see them right on the screen. I was very impressed with all of the technology. Let me premise by saying this, I have visited plenty of dental offices in the Boston area and Metrowest within the last decade. At Trans-N-Dental, I feel at ease and by the end of the visit, I feel amazing. Dr. Nguyen and Mylene are awesome, you can tell they really enjoy what they do and are happy to be there. They have such an upbeat can-do attitude that you know you are in good hands, literally. The way you are treated makes you feel as though you are the only one that matters. I know this is the case with all their patients because my sister and father goes there as well and we often discuss how lucky we are to find a hidden gem like Trans-N-Dental. The office is sunny, clean and welcoming. They are great at scheduling so you don't spend forever and a day sitting there. I never wait long or at all because they are usually ready for me right when I walk inside. Their waiting area is nice and well stocked with current magazines if you ever have the time to thumb through them. Honestly, it feels like a boutique or spa experience more than anything else. Service is never rushed. They take the time to address my concerns and they are very knowledgable. I have not yet asked a question they did not have an answer to, yes, I take my oral health seriously as should everybody. I really like the equipment they have in this office, always clean and top notch. Dr. Nguyen is always accurate and she never pushes products or services like others I had the misfortune of meeting. My oral health along with those of my family members have improved drastically since we started going to Trans-N-Dental a couple of years ago. We will continue to do so and look forward to it for the years ahead. There is absolutely no reason not to be happy with the people that oversee your wellbeing and though it was a journey to find Trans-N-Dental, it was well worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. They always tried to see me the day of when I'm in pain and are so nice about it. The appointments are quick and both the dental assistances and dentists are gentle when cleaning teeth. Both dentists are great so it doesn't matter who you see! There's parking in the back lot or street parking right in front. I went for an appointment recently and they screen each patient and check their temperatures. They wear face shields during the procedures fo protect themselves, which is important since they do not want to get sick. I saw all the staff members (not just the front desk person) clean surfaces, door handles, thermometers, etc. after each patient.

The entire staff is extremely friendly and caring, from the ladies at the front desk, to the assistants and dentists. Christine, the hygienist, is thorough and extremely knowledgable. I have seen both Dr. Liu and Dr. Anya and both are great with their patients. On top of this, they do ALL the work when it comes to dealing with insurance companies, which can be a major pain. Falsely stating a patient is calling repeatedly for pain medication is very serious. I'll never return to the practice, but this is to warn potential and existing patients that facts aren't a priority with Nankin Dental. This wasn't the only inaccuracy, but it was the most serious and deserves further attention.
