James clearly has his client's best interest in mind whether you're buying or selling. He's open, honest, and professional in his opinions and interactions. The sell of our home was going very smoothly and should have been done quickly, but towards the end everything went sideways with the buyer's lenders (we will never be doing business with anyone who chooses to use Knock as a lender!). James was proactive, and was also assisting the buyer's agent with how this situation could be resolved with their lender as well as contacting the buyer's lenders daily for updates. What should have been an easy close kept getting extended, and took almost an additional 3 weeks. The situation with Knock/our buyers not only affected this transaction, but affected our transaction with our next home, and also with our sellers with their next home. Needless to say, the process became a nightmare, but James was persistent, organized, and definitely the agent you would want on your side! He was invaluable!
