I have never been treated so unprofessionally or rude in my long life. After a long wait with very few people waiting, I was stunned when, after a very quick chat, he left. He returned, opened the door and set a saline bottle hard on the table. He said nothing but slammed the door and vanished. I have never met Dr. Haden prior to this appointment but in my long life I have not seen such rude & unprofessional behavior. I do not understand why he did not follow through and complete our appointment. Do yourself a favor. After years -- years -- of seeing multiple doctors, trying allergy shots, pills, nasal sprays, and still suffering through chronic, often debilitating allergy symptoms, I can say without hesitation that Dr. Haden has completely changed my life. What sets Dr. Haden apart is simple: he listens. He didn't just glance at my chart and prescribe the same thing everyone else had tried. He took the time to understand my history, my symptoms, and my frustrations -- and then crafted a nontraditional treatment plan tailored specifically to me. And the results have been nothing short of a miracle. Today, I'm able to use standard prescription nasal sprays only as needed, and I supplement with a Netipot occasionally -- that's it. Gone are the days of carrying Kleenex in every pocket, suffering through chronic congestion, or battling sinus headaches that derailed my days. I have my life back. Now -- a note on bedside manner: Dr. Haden has a wonderfully dry sense of humor that might not be for everyone. He's direct, sometimes understated, and hyper-focused on results. If you love your children, please please please do not accept a referral to this location!! I requested a referral get put in in September the referral was received shortly after that from my son's primary care, when calling multiple times they stated that I would be contacted when they're ready to see us in November. I did demand to finally get an appointment at that time I was scheduled for January 15 a week prior to that appointment. I was called and told the doctor has had a family emergency and will be needing to reschedule my appointment when hearing that I'm assuming it'll be a few days further out or even earlier no they wanted to schedule my son another month and a half out when discussing with the representative she was very disrespectful. She was interrupting belittling. she was in no way empathetic for my son's care in the concerns I had. I asked to get a call back if any cancellations occurred.. I did get a call back that afternoon. Got on the phone with the same representative, and she then began discussing my unfortunately, the primary insurance has become an active and I communicated. I'm not aware of any other insurance. She then stated that it would be considered fraud and if I don't communicate insurance, they would not be seeing us at the appointment that was scheduled a month out. I then spoke with the laughed and said unfortunately everything she said is correct and now we're going to cancel your appointment entirely and you'll have to get another referral after waiting many months to get seen. There was no empathy. No medical concern at all. All of the and rude. I would not take my child here to find someone that actually cares for their well-being.... read more

Took my daughter for shots for allergies to cats, dogs, horsehair, hackberry. Dr Haden was not the warmest individual I ever met, but that's Ok, my daughter didn't see him that much, just got her weekly shot. After she'd been going there for about a year, we had one of the regular appointments with Haden and out of the blue, he told me I had to buy an Epi pen for her. I couldn't understand why. My daughter had no dietary allergies. I pointed out that Epi pens cost A LOT - not covered by insurance - and they have to be replaced every six months or so even if they are unused. But Haden was adamant. I didn't buy the unnecessary Epi pen, and one day when my daughter came for her shot, they refused to give it to her until I produced the Epi pen. So we walked out and found a new doctor, Dr Susan Baily, a really nice woman. I told her the story of the Epi pen and she was at a loss to understand why Haden had insisted on it either. My daughter never got an Epi pen but did complete her allergy shots at Dr Baily's office. TLDR: I'm sorry I ever took my daughter to Haden. Ft Worth has many better allergists who are also nicer people. read more

[Read if you have the time:] I've had severe seasonal allergies during Spring, fall and sometimes winter. I think Dr. Haden did a great job on diagnosing all of my allergies and making me immune to them by time to time. Although, he prescribe us an expensive brand names but gave us a free discount on first trial, it was effective when I tried it but next time we would stick with the generic ones because they're hella expensive. He also recommended me doing the post rush shot, and I did and it will take a whole day for you to stay at the clinic, so if you're planning, definitely bring your own lunch, snack, and entertainment. Also free Wi-Fi here is a plus and they also have their own TV and refrigerator to store your food. It was a success but for some reason it took me 5 nurses just to insert an ivy through my veins and my veins are not that hard to spot on, so I had like 6-8 retry's and maybe they should retrained to insert and ivy... nurses also said that alot of patients takes the post rush shot too and it's a rare case that some of them are having symptoms with the shot. We take those post rush shot here once a week and at first it gets itchy but as time you get those shots daily, your immune system gets used to it too. The clinic also have a very detailed instructions and have their own unique folder which they are going to give you as a first time. The nurse Maria, who takes a test of our lung capacity is awesome and she feels very therapeutic too. I think sometimes a nurse who used to answer the calls here was rude especially if your not really sure about your prescriptions and I did complain about this on their survey and the next call that answered me wasn't the same voice that I used to recognize as rude anymore. If you look around over here, Dr. Haden loves taking photos in countries like Italy and France. Very good shots but he said he wasn't a photographer just takes good angles tho. Dr. Haden is also a dry sense of humor once you get to know him, he may seem like a doctor that isn't in a good mood but inside he's smiling. The clinic is constantly improving too by going digital and before we had to type for logging our names every time we get those weekly shots and now they provide you with a card to swipe it seamlessly, I see some people who forgot to bring their card because from a trip or one time I heard one of them changing vehicle and left it there when it was at the mechanics already but they just ask at the check-in window for new ones, but I don't know if they would charge you for a new card. Another thing is that you can manage your appointments, browse at your medical history and pay online via the portal. The portal that they use is Medfusion. read more

Referred to Dr. Haden from our pediatrician. Not too impressed. Didn't seem very happy to be there. Seemed to get slightly annoyed by our questions and our (limited) knowledge on allergies that we had researched on the internet. These are one of those doctors where YOU really have to take control of the situation and REALLY manage your health, and what you want to have done. Otherwise, he seems to want to do the bare minimum to take your money. HOWEVER, this office has been sooo busy lately and we've been seeing the other doctor (or PA?) the past few appointments, and she was SO much nicer, willing to talk and answer questions, and just happier. read more

Worst doctor's office experience of my life. Would not recommend. Hours and hours of waiting (not due to short staffing) instead if just scheduling for a later time. Falsely claimed I owed $630 upon arrival due to my insurance minimum hadn't been met... Trying to get me to pay it of pocket and then charge my insurance which absolutely paid. Luckily I was smart enough to call my insurance before paying there and they said everything was covered after talking to the receptionist and it had nothing to do with my minimum. Now 3 weeks later I'm getting a bill of $263 after they verified with my insurance while I was there everything was to be covered and somehow an additional 220.33 on top of the $630 they originally claimed was due... Why that wasn't originally discussed and included I do not know.... These people do insurance claims multiple times a day.... This ain't their first rodeo and I find it hard to believe every one of them claimed I was solely responsible for payment. Also, the main concern I had to taking care of for my allergies was completely ignored the multiple times I asked and I got 0 answers or solutions on how to deal with my terrible allergies around all animals I had which was the main reason I went in, in the first place. All they did was prescribe me the same nasal spray I've already been on and some $130+ eye drops and told me to take over-the-counter Zyrtec and in regards to animals... It was considered a "contact" allergy which they couldn't do anything about... However I have spoken to multiple allergists and people since and they've all said absolutely the allergies to animals have multiple solutions for. TL;DR: very untrustworthy and sketchy in regards to $$$ covered up with a nice smile... Didn't address the problem I went in for... Terrible hours upon hours of wait for what should have been 30-45 min (tops) appointment.... Do not go here. read more

We were denied care because of an inability to wear a mask due to asthma that is already acting up. When I called the office from the parking lot staff told me good riddance and hung up on me! I am sure glad I saw my family doctor yesterday and we will not return. read more

Dr Haden is Phenomenal. I've only seen him twice. The first time was for my allergy testing. Or year later I went in for my annual exam and I talked to him about some other health issues I was having getting reoccurring strep throat. I had asked many primary care doctor to try to find a solution knowing it wasn't normal considering I had my tonsils out 14 years ago and hadn't had strep at all until 2017 I had it 8 times. I also and had all of my blood work done to make sure that I was healthy and that immune system was working, everything came back normal. Nobody saw an issue. I spoke to Dr. Haden about it at my check up and he listened to me and came up with a plan with me and found some solutions. I could not be happier with the outcome of that appointment. I have taken my daughter here several times. Every time I'm never there any less than 2 hours, although the dr or nurse practitioner is only seen for about 5 minutes. None of the staff is friendly. Dr. Haden has the personality of a wet mop, not friendly at all. Last time I took my daughter, I specifically asked that when they retest her peanut allergy that they do her tree nut allergy too. I was told "She most likely won't outgrow that" and he refused my request - which was simply one extra pen mark on a form. I took her to her regular pediatrician and asked her to do the test for me. Lo and behold, my daughter outgrew her tree nut allergies! Overall, the wait is entirely too long for such poor service. Dr and staff both are unfriendly and I've never found him to be informative at all. Find a better allergist! read more

I called to get information about my daughters appointment and if i still needed to keep that appointment for known reasons and the receptionist, Sherry, was not helpful at all. She would speak over me every time i tried to explain my reasons to her. When I told her stop speaking over me and let me explain she hung up the phone on me. I called back and spoke with Ann, another receptionist, and she was not being helpful either. She seemed clueless even after I explained my issue to her. I did not get any help or my questions answered. She would stay silent and pretend she didn't hear any of my concerns when I asked for their supervisors name and contact information. My 4yr old is sick and all I got was a "i don't know". read more

I saw Dr Haden in the fall for severe ragweed allergy that has been a problem for years. He addressed all of my symptoms and explained the pros and cons of the treatment options. Medicines vs shots, etc. I feel like we worked together to get control of my allergies. He set up a return appointment in a month where he fine-tuned my regimen. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They gave me samples of my new medicines and showed me how to use them properly. One of the medicines ended up being too expensive on my insurance and his staff quickly provided other options. The office is really busy. When I was there last, many patients had been worked in that day with allergy symptoms or illnesses. Some people were talking in the waiting room about their allergy shots and said that their allergies are so much better since starting them. read more

This is a NO STARS REVIEW I put in a request for a virtual appointment on Monday morning and was told to wait on a link to setup the video chat....never received it . I called the same day and the next day to see if it was sent but they told me to just wait. Now Wednesday came i still didn't receive the link so i called and their system was down so i was told to call the next day, i did and i was told that their system was down again and that they never printed out my appointment and nobody remembered me after calling everyday!!! They told me to try again Friday, i did and was told that they would have to fax me papers to get an appointment so I mentioned i could stop by the office and they told me that they wouldn't be able to make an appointment after all !! I finally gave up and went to another office with Dr Beaty and got everything done that same Friday WOW!! shouldve called that office in the first place!! read more
