Today, I called because I have some outlets in my house that were not working. He immediately diagnosed the issue over the phone, and he directed me out to the garage to find an outlet with two buttons, and asked me to FaceTime and reverse the camera and show him the outlet, and then he asked me to press the top button and listen for a click. So I pressed the top button and heard the click and he told me the problem was solved. I go check the outlets in the house and guess what? They are all working again!!!! Absolutely incredible. Instead, he had to saw into the inside wall to access what he needed. Afterwards, the area was a mess and we had to try to fix the deep cuts in the drywall ourselves. In addition, a few days later, our parents blew a fuse when plugging in an appliance. It was in the evening and dark outside, and they discovered that they didn't know how to open the door to the electrical box outside. We called Chaney and left a message, asking to please help or to explain how to open this door in order to flip the switch to have light and electricity again for the night. He never returned the call--that night or the next day. Our parents had no idea what to do, and I had to make the drive out there and do an Internet search (mind you, by now it was very dark and cold outside) in order to figure out the door mechanics and how to reset the fuse. 2 stars. Electrical box replaced, yes, but expensive, messy work, shoddy customer service and follow up to ensure safety of elderly clients. A follow up call would have been appreciated.
