I hired JBN Construction to reseal my retrofit windows and they were amazing. I reached out to Benjamin on Monday and the job was done by Wednesday! They took photos to show me the cracks in the current seals and thoroughly redid all of them with a high quality sealant so I wouldn't have issues with the rain in the future. They are licensed and insured which you always want when people are on ladders at your home, and the team was kind, showed up on time, and helped with sealing a few stucco cracks while they were working in areas I couldn't reach. The casing to our side door broke, so we needed it replaced. After messaging on Yelp, Benjamin and I texted back and forth, I showed him the pictures of our door, and he gave a quote and said he could come out the next day. He came out, took measurements, asked for a deposit to pay for the supplies, admitted that depending on stock at the store he wasn't sure when he'd be able to install it, and was done for the day. During our work together, he found out it was my birthday and made us a beautifully stained, wooden wine rack - complete with glasses and a bottle. In all of his work, he makes sure that what he produces is exactly what you're envisioning, and gives suggestions along the way if/when you are unsure or certain elements. In the past he and his team redesigned and stuccoed our fireplace (we adore it,) and this time around, we asked for his help to turn a funky, unusable office corner into an arched nook. I discovered wood rot (caused by rain, not termites) on an outside window frame that required replacing some of the wood framing as well as painting the wood and surrounding stucco wall. Benjamin responded the same day I contacted him. After texting him a photo, he offered to come out and take a look. He gave me an estimate, bought needed supplies, and repaired the problem all in the same week. In the end, Benjamin stuck to his estimate price (which was on the higher side but with a 3-year warranty seemed fair). We had a wonderful experience with Benjamin and his crew. He arrived on site for our meeting and was on time as requested. He was very receptive to our project needs, stucco 2500 sq ft of retaining walls, and our time constraints. He and his crew arrived on our installation date early and began working immediately.
