They are local dentist with deep south side roots. Scheduling an appointment here is simple and easy. They also send you text and give you a phone call confirming your appointment the day before it is scheduled so it is hard to miss an appointment. The reception area and rooms are so clean. There is a TV in the waiting area and they have a mini fridge with water as well. I never had to wait long in the waiting area. They have always been right on schedule with my appointment. And due to COVID they give you the option to wait in your car and skip the waiting area. They will just call or come get you from your vehicle and take you directly back to your dental chair. They always have the best music playing, not too hard, but definitely not too sleepy. I think it s set on B105.7. Their social media game is on point. The receptionist and dental techs are all very nice, helpful, and personable. Coleen and Paige are awesome. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and professional. My only wish is that the rooms were private and not open and separated only by partitions.
