His strategy seems to be to hedge on the telephone quote, then after the crew (Jackie & Raquel) completes the work, Todd tells them to tell me something outrageous. For me, the final price was $60 more than "quoted" (Quote $164, Final $224). No good reason to do this to customers. It's wrong and I do not recommend them. read more

He was very professional and fit me in there schedule within the week. The crew he sent was efficient and did a little more than requested. My house smelled clean! I have had the service for more than 20 years. After Covid, however the service changed not the same ladies and they were wonderful! My ladies did a bang up job! Then Todd sent me different girls and they were ok, but then he sent them late, not to my liking. We had a conversation and couldn't come to an agreement, so we stopped the service because he couldn't send me the workers I wanted and the time after all the years they cleaned my house! No loyalty for customers who are old and probably pay less than the newer clients. Anyway just wanted to vent, It was good while it lasted. read more

Not only is my crew beyond exceptional to true care of my home but will always resolve any concerns or problem areas I might point out. Cleaning homes and all the details can be tricky and there is plenty of room for error or oversight. To me it is how this is resolved and the ownership that matters most. I only used this company because my MIL said it was rated really well on Angie's list. I wanted the Move In and Move Out service. The people who lived in my condo before me had kids, dogs, a bird, and obviously didn't clean much. We were told the cleaning crew would do floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, etc. They would not do full walls but would spot clean the walls and ceilings. Keep in mind there was literally NO furniture in the condo, it was just cleaning, not cleaning around furniture or cleaning the furniture itself. Flooring is all laminate and tile, no carpet. Bathrooms-good. Mirrors were good. Bedrooms-ok. They DID dust the ceiling fans. They did a quick wipe of the disgusting blinds. Blinds were still dusty. Did not spot clean walls or ceilings. I still put in hours of work in the kitchen, spot cleaning the walls, spot cleaning the ceilings, cleaning the all baseboards, and then re-sweeping the floors once all the dust was off the walls and ceilings. I told them when they arrived, the biggest things were the kitchen, all the cupboards, bathrooms and floors. 2 hours, 3 workers. I really don't know what they were doing for all that time with amount of things I still needed to clean. None spoke English well. When I asked how much I owed them, one lady had to go get an amount. I was exactly what I was quoted but it seemed odd that she wanted payment but couldn't give me an amount, it had to be written down. No hiring them again. Period. Waste of money. read more

Make sure you get a legit quote before using their service. Was originally told 105-140 and after I already paid he came back to me that I had a balance of 140. Only reason I agreed to do the cleaning in the first place was because it was affordable but I ended up getting screwed in the end. Sad that I had to tell my co-worker who raved so highly of their service the news and he is very disappointed as well. Just from the beginning I thought it was awesome and was already giving friends the companies phone number, that changed immediately today. I like my cleaning service. Two ladies come. They are friendly and polite. They work and work. They know how to clean. I have used other services, so I know if they clean well or not. I am sensitive with chemicals. So I provided some of the cleaning agent. Some natural cleaners do not clean well enough. Then, the ladies would tell me it is better with other cleaner. So I let them use some harsh cleaning agent with chemicals. But over all, I am happy with their service. After they clean, the house looks clean. I enjoy their service. Very once in a while they come late. But that is the nature of their business I guess, since they have other customers. The owner of the business is very understanding and helpful. I am getting good help from them with my house work. I recommend this service. It has been good last few months with them. I have no complain. read more

I became a client of Jamie's after my favorite house cleaner moved to Colorado. After 5 - 6 years with Jamie's, my pricing was going to increase. I have never been completely happy with Jamie's so I decided that I should look around. I felt my loyalty and referrals would be enough to keep my price the same. After receiving 3 quotes at the same price I was originally paying, I decided to cut my ties with Jamie's. Today after 2 cleanings with my new service, I am happy I did. My house sparkles when I walk in. My floor looks fantastic. Many times I questioned if my floors were being mopped. I Used Jamie's cleaning service every week for about 6 months. I loved the ladies who came, however Todd the boss whom I never met, bullied the woman to finish my house in an hour and a half. Impossible to do. I needed at least 4 hours a week and would happy to pay whatever Todd charged. Todd is a slave driver. I paid him $93. An hour, I always tipped the ladies well, but Todd refused to let the ladies stay as long as it took to clean my house. Some things never got done and it was upsetting to me. I kept the ladies coming every week, thinking this week it will be better, but it never got better, and I had to let them go. None of the employees are legal citizens, and Todd did not give his employees any benefits. Don't hire JAMIE 's house cleaning, you don't get what you pay for. read more

The owner, Todd, is such a sweetheart on the phone--goes out of his way to accommodate my requests--& even cancellation, once, when he had to re-arrange his crews/no big deal he said. I used this cleaning service for about 6 months, as a result of the company coming every month I had a standing appointment every month for this company's services. However, the 3rd time the cleaners were scheduled to clean my house they never came, I waited and waited and heard nothing from them. A few days passed and I called the owner and he profusely apologized for the mix up. I made light of the situation and the cleaners again started coming on a monthly basis and then one day I had another appointment scheduled and they never came. i again called the owner and again he apologized stating that he did to know that we wanted to continue to have the cleaners come every month. He then stated that since we had an "understanding" he would never miss an appointment again. So the cleaners started coming again on a standard basis and then last September they missed their scheduled cleaning. This was the third and last time that I wanted to deal with this...I never called the owner and he never called me to reschedule or to see what happened, no follow-up, absolutely nothing...needless to say I am very disappointed with this horrible company and am sorry that I gave so many chances to a company that obviously wasn't very concerned about proper customer service or trying to keep me as a customer. I will never use this cleaning service again even if someone paid me to use them. read more
