The day of the cleaning the guys coming to do the cleaning first called to say they were on their way, and also offered to bring Starbucks coffee for us. Booties were worn by them, as well as providing us with them to walk on the carpeting after they completed the work. Protection was layed down on our flooring and around all corners so as not to damage anything in our home. As Eric explained during the quoting process, if we removed the small items from furniture they would put foam protection under that furniture so has not to damage the carpeting while it was drying. Very satisfied.

From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Juan, the owner, came out the very next day to assess the damage. He took his time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained the situation in detail, and by that evening, he had a clear and fair quote ready for me. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. They cleaned up every night and meticulous with their work. Along the way, they discovered some issues from previous installations--an uneven kitchen floor and a bedroom floor that didn't meet the walls properly. Instead of just covering it up, they took the time to fix the problems before installing the new flooring. The result is absolutely beautiful and feels like a huge upgrade from what was there before. In the past, the companies I'd use, looked good immediately, but within a month, stains were back. Now that I use Adam, I usually need him to come out about once a year. Stains don't ever reappear, I just get the typical wear from frequently used areas. He is extremely professional, barriers on my front door (awesome since it was in the 90s today) takes care of my hard surface areas and is extremely efficient. As long as I have carpet and Adam is in business, he will be the only one I ever use

They cleaned the living room carpet and the stairs and our loveseat which we use to eat on sometimes. The young man that came to do the work was polite and very careful and worked hard until he was finished. The prices did go up a little bit, but they're very good overall and I would highly recommend this business.!!

Be on the lookout for this business at your neighbors house, because if for some reason they don't…read morehave power, they have no problem plugging into yours and stealing your electricity for you to get billed for. Completely unethical behavior to assume it's okay to plug into a neighbors power because they didn't answer the door. When I confronted them and told them to unplug, they didn't apologize or anything. The only thing they said was "Well we tried knocking". I will never use a company that is okay with that lack of basic ethics, and neither should you.
