Naty invited feedback, and patiently repositioned the stencil for both of us in order to get it just right. I felt like she gave us exactly what we asked for. Natalia's space was clean, the background music was chill, she clearly cared about sanitization, and she seemed to work at a good pace. She used one black tube of something (I think it's Jagua) on a part of my left hand and the rest was henna. When I woke up in the day of my wedding I found that my left ring hand was completely black and reached out to Semanti for some explanation and a refund. She said said sorry and said she would only provide a partial refund. Never tried to even explain what she used or how to fix anything. I asked her to have compassion and understanding and her response was "I can't be compassionate through text." I paid $225 dollars for henna (overpriced) and she made a huge mistake and stained my hand black for my wedding and I even asked if she could refund half and she declined and gave me $60 back without replying to any messages. I've never experienced someone with such poor respect for their customers and pettiness. It's not about money at the end of the day. It's about the bad attitude and utter lack of professional and accountability. I've done henna hundreds of times and this never happened. There's better henna artist out there, who treat customers better and know what they are doing.

I contacted her and luckily for me, she was able to fit me in her schedule. Details of my appointment are as follows: Totally agree with the other reviewers regarding her professionalism. Her studio is clean, welcoming and comfortable. She works quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality of the art she is drawing. She did my designs totally freehand. I told her a rough idea of what I wanted and she totally delivered! She's affable, informative and engaging. I am normally glued to my cell phone when I'm getting any service done & rarely look up from it. I'm sure it was partly due to it being my 1st time & how amazed I was at how she was applying it....BUT Arva still kept a conversation going that flowed easily & freely. I learned all kinds of things about henna that I never knew.
