Action Entertainment was set-up on time and ready to start well before the ceremony. Rob and Rob were our MC and DJ. Both Robs were amazing! Rob, the DJ, had called us earlier in the week to check up on some of the song recommendations we had put in, and he made sure to chat with us again before the ceremony started to make sure everything was as planned. There were a few moments we hadn't known to plan for music (due to our poor planning, not Action Entertainments) and when we asked Rob to surprise us, he absolutely delivered! He also took guest requests in stride and had everyone dancing the whole time (like honestly, it was hard to get people to sit and eat!). Rob, the MC, was also amazing! He was so personable and fun, he had everyone up on their feet! We immediately felt so comfortable chatting with Rob and he made sure that the party kept on going! I feel terrible because I did not catch the name of the person working the photobooth, but I can tell you he was wonderfully attentive and helpful. The guests had a great time at the photobooth and we are so grateful to have such fun souvenirs from the wedding! If you want a great party, Action Entertainment is the company to call! TLDR: Hire them!!! Best decision we ever made!…read more     My husband and I hired Sandra and Michelle (and their amazing team) as our day of coordinators. And let me tell you, they bring their A game!     A little back story.... we did it all in 6 months. Our venue was beautiful but... they provide NOTHINGGGG and you can only get in to start setting up 2 hours before your time slot. We were a little over confident in our ability to make this work.  2 months before the date we were in full fledged panic mode realizing we couldn't do it on our own. We had talked with 2 other companies, prior to our scheduled meeting with Sandra and Michelle, that we both felt we really liked.... until we had our meeting with Sandra and Michelle. Our consultation with them lasted 1.5 hours! They were beyond thorough in asking questions so that they fully understood everything that was going on and so they knew exactly what we wanted. They also offered quite a few suggestions for things we never even thought of. We ended the meeting and both said, "and we thought we liked the other 2???" No comparison. We felt such relief after talking with them. I can't  even explain the weight they lifted off of our shoulders.  We hired them immediately!  Our next 2 meetings were equally as productive and made us feel so much more at ease with the situation.  We ended up hiring waitstaff thru them as well and they were phenomenal.   The day of came ( Sept 23rd, the day tropical cyclone 16 was headed into town ) We had to rearrange our entire set-up due to the rain. But we both felt no anxiety the entire day, and that was because we had full trust in Sandra and Michelle. We let them do their thing, knowing it would look amazing.  (We actually had no idea what the place even looked like before we walked in) They were there way before they had to be, they rearranged everything to be inside because of the rain, (like, a whole new floor plan on the spot) got everything set up and looking gorgeous. All in a tropical storm. Throughout the nite they constantly checked in with us, and our guests, asking if we needed anything. They went above and beyond every second of the night.  Perfect example... When i changed into my sneakers Sandra saw me, stopped what she was doing, picked up my foot and tied my shoes for me!! I seriously don't have the words to tell you how great they are.      They made our wedding absolutely incredible and 100% stress free. Doing that for any wedding is no easy feat, but ours had more than a few curve balls thrown in there. I never complained to DJ Wilson about my dissatisfaction because let's be honest the party is done and over with what's the point? I did tell him about the Photo booth which in my opinion was a huge waste of money. The photographer for the photo booth was uninviting, rude and was unapologetic. He clearly did not want to be at a little girl birthday party. We were told that the photo booth package would include a USB card (it did) and a photo book with all the pictures. At the end of the evening when he was packing up he gave me this pathetic photo book. It held 6 pages of photos. I thought no problem, I have the USB card. Sadly when I got home all that was on the USB was 13 photos. What makes no sense is that my book had 20 individual photo's. Still not enough in my opinion for a party that lasted 4 hours. I even questioned the photo booth guy and he said my guest never came over. What??? Here is where the communication was lacking. Common sense, if you are standing there and no one is coming over to the photo booth, wouldn't you have voiced that to either me or the DJ? They could have made more announcements. I shared my dissatisfaction with the next day with DJ Wilson who promised to get to the bottom of this. I never heard back from him. I think the music was okay not great. Again, we can't redo what was done but I would recommend to anyone hiring Future Generations to be specific to your needs. I made assumptions that things would be handled. Also understand what you are receiving. Be specific - don't just list your 20 favorite songs be very specific about which songs you'd expect to hear. If you love 100 songs you better list them. He said list 20 songs then he would play those please others similar. Nope that's not what happened. He played those songs only and some of his own. On the upside DJ Wilson was professional, called us a few times prior to the party, arrived on time and was ready to work. He brought a plasma TV which had pictures of our daughter running throughout the evening. Unfortunately you literally had to stand on the dance floor to see it. Would I recommend Future Generations? No I would not. I think the lack of accountability for the poor service left a bitter taste.
