Overall buying our 5th wheel from this dealership wasn't the greatest. Nobody told us upon arrival…read morethat they needed to take our truck to a different dealership to install the hitch and then demanded that a mechanic takes it 10 minutes up the road. Additionally to that, after hooking the truck up to our camper, a mechanic jumped in the front seat with myself and another person, and drove it around the parking lot. As well as, they told us we could pick the camper up on a specific day then 3 days before pickup they told us we couldn't get it the day the told us. When we got there, the interest rate all of a sudden shot up from a completely different number they told my boyfriend 3 days prior. Then demanded that we put an extended warranty on our 5th wheel after my boyfriend repeatedly told the finance manager Jeff no. Jeff was very demanding that we do other things than what my boyfriend and I had talked about before hand. On the other hand our salesmen, David was absolutely amazing, he helped us find the perfect match for our needs, as well as kept us in our budget. He responded quickly when we had questions, and was very understanding about our circumstances. Overall I would not recommend this dealership. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Misleading, Dishonest, and Stressful -- Beware Before Buying Here!…read more In January 2025, my husband and I purchased a 2024 Lexus TX 500h F Sport Premium AWD (VIN# 5TDABAB69RS004225) from Superior Auto Sales, and the entire experience--from purchase to resolution--was appalling, deceitful, and incredibly stressful. Despite the listing advertising shipping, we were told last minute that the vehicle could not be shipped. At 7 months pregnant, I flew to Buffalo with my husband to complete the purchase and then drove 400 miles back home. Within days, we discovered multiple issues: a faulty dashboard, non-functional driving modes, A/C problems, missing safety features, a malfunctioning screen, and more. We were told the vehicle was under warranty, so we took it to our local Lexus dealership. After four months of ongoing troubleshooting, parts replacements, and escalations--including expert Lexus technicians being flown in--we discovered the truth: this was a Canadian vehicle with unauthorized electrical modifications made by Superior Auto Sales. These modifications were never disclosed at the time of purchase, which voided the Lexus warranty in the U.S. According to Lexus USA, only Lexus Canada might be able to service this car due to the tampering. Throughout these months, the Izzo family (Rick, Nick, and Sarah) repeatedly misled us and our local dealership, and refused to take accountability. Their communication was evasive, disrespectful, and unprofessional--often rude and defensive, even after the truth was exposed by Lexus technicians. Only after being confronted with undeniable evidence did Superior Auto Sales agree to buy back the vehicle, 5 months later...Even then, they expected us to make the return trip with a newborn and toddler in a defective vehicle --a final insult after months of wasted time, financial burden (payments, insurance), and emotional distress. To make matters worse, we have since seen this same vehicle listed again for sale, without disclosure of its Canadian origin, history of modifications, or the fact that it has no U.S. warranty. The listing even misstates the number of prior owners. This dealership knowingly sells misrepresented vehicles, hides crucial information, and engages in unethical practices. Lexus USA has confirmed that this specific vehicle is not covered under warranty in the U.S.

Trade in and purchase went fairly well. Was put off to find a 1/2 tank of gas when I picked it up. Though that was a little cheesy. Never got the door code, nor the key for the bed cover lock. Reached out to Rich at least 2 times regarding some suspension noises. Kept hearing that service will reach out to set something up. Still waiting. At this point I'm just going to chalk it up to what I guess I was expecting of this place before becoming a customer. Hard pressed to recommend to another.

Since writing our intial review, about our positive experience buying, we have had multiple issues that have been not resolved/poorly resolved by Outdoor Travel. These are the most recent..... -Within a year, our flush "leaked" and flooded our trailer. This was the second time we used the flush to clean the black tank. They "fixed" it, only to find that it was still leaking when we tried to use it again. We just decided we weren't going to deal with it and have not used it since. No cost for them to "repair" it, but we recieved a $200 bill almost 7 months later, when they told us this was actually not covered. -seals on our slide out - again within a year, these starting falling off. We took it in (the same time as above) and they "fixed" it by putting staples in the seal. We were not happy with this fix, but I called Aspen and they said this was their recommendation. Again no cost at pick-up, but again we recieved a bill 7 months later, another $200 for staples. - back window was very hard to open - again within the year. We took it in (the same time as above) and they "fixed" it by bending it? It still sticks......Again no cost at pick-up, but again we recieved a bill 7 months later, another $100. So total for this bill, when we were told no cost at pick-up in May (we received 7 months later...even though we have been there a couple times since and they did not mention) was $600 and they put some staples in, pushed the window in, and fixed one fitting on the flush and now it leaks somewhere else...... Again, these are only some of the issues we have had......I would think twice about buying from Outdoor Travel.
