They asked me what I wanted them to focus on and I told them the floors since I'm not currently able to do that. When I walked around with my white socks on after they left, they obviously did not do a good job. I took a paper towel and wiped the floor and it was still dirty. The owners of this company were very rude to me when I called to discuss my concerns. I highly recommend you stay away from this service. On multiple occasions, when my parents asked simple questions--such as whether something had been or would be cleaned--they were ignored entirely. Additionally, workers have left the home without informing them, which is both disrespectful and concerning given their age (81 and 77). I am also extremely disappointed in the quality of the cleaning itself. After the last two scheduled cleanings, I personally inspected the home immediately afterward. What I found was unacceptable: Dust remained on top of the microwave--undisturbed across multiple visits. Dog hair and debris were left under the kitchen table, and the floor was still sticky. The carpet in the dog's room appeared untouched. These are not minor oversights--they are clear signs that large portions of the home are being missed. Your company promotes exceptional ratings, but upon closer review, there appears to be a pattern: customers are satisfied with initial deep cleans, but ongoing weekly services decline in quality. Unfortunately, that has been exactly my parents' experience. My parents paid $140 for a partial cleaning of their home, yet based on what was actually completed, the service delivered was nowhere near that value. At a minimum, I expect: A personal apology to my parents. I strongly encourage you, as the owner, to personally inspect their home. The current condition does not reflect the standards your company claims to uphold.

They were both very friendly and did a thorough job. I never felt like they were rushing to leave. They both went over what was being done for each step. I'd been a customer for many months, and I just quit. I couldn't take it anymore. This place is…read moretotally inconsistent. This is long winded, but people need to know about this mess. I started out initially on a bi-weekly service for three hours per visit. My cleaners never really followed the same pattern, even though they were all introduced to the areas the same way. One negative is that I was always needed to be present for their cleanings, so I would always have to work from home to do so. I had an 8-9 arrival time slot, and our cleaners VERY often arrived between 9:00-9:30. I was home all day anyway, so it wasn't a big deal to me, but I could see it being a huge pain for others that are on a schedule. The owner, Angela, told me to present a list of items for the cleaners to take care of. I had a few times where they came into my office saying "I'm almost done, is there anything else?" They hadn't touched a few things, so I noted the list. They'd usually say "Oh, I hadn't read that." Alrighty, then. I stopped wasting time and leaving that list out... what's the point? They never took care of items like baseboards, chair rails, and the like - evidently, you have to explicitly tell them to clean these things. I wasn't aware that this was a point and clean situation. The cleaners that come by often take phone calls - no big deal to me, I'm not your boss. But again, I'm working from home. There were several times where I was on a conference call and someone would be laughing and talking loudly in the other room, and those on my call could hear them through my closed office door. Not cool. Just step outside or lower your voice, man. You're in someone else's home! There were lots of issues with scheduling, no-shows, late shows, and the like. Constantly. You can never get anyone on the phone, so you have to text them. They aren't the best at answering. They tell you to email them, then they don't answer and say they never got your email. I'm a business owner and have teenagers, so I really just needed someone to give me a hand - I'm not worried about it being spotless, so I never brought these things up before. The house was at least picked up, so I appreciated that. But the clincher was when I had a 3-hour cleaning scheduled in October. Our cleaner arrived at 9:10, per usual. I was in my office around 11a and I hear "Ma'am, I'm all done." Then I hear the door close. I walk out into my living room, and there's no one. Glancing out the door, I see her getting into her car. What in the WORLD. She left an hour early. The carpet wasn't vacuumed (and I know because I never heard it kick on), she hadn't dusted, and one bathroom looked like it had barely been cleaned. Frustrated, I went online and was about to cancel, but decided to give it one more shot - I don't have time to look for a cleaner and just want this task off my list. I rescheduled them for WEEKLY cleanings for two hours. If she can get close enough in two hours, then fine! Only charge me for two! On one of the subsequent visits, I had a great cleaner come by who did an INCREDIBLE job. She asked me for a list of things to do, wanted a rundown of everything, greeted my cats, and at the very end, she had me sign a document saying that the cleaning was approved. I had NEVER seen one of these before. When I told her that, her eyes were wide. She said that every single cleaner HAD to have one of those signed. NOPE. Never seen one. I explained some of my issues and she was flabbergasted and said that she'd love to help and could be my weekly cleaner, that all I'd need to do is tell the management to book her each time. She left a business card. I tried to get the management (Becky and Angela) to allow us to book that cleaner for each cleaning, and? They said that WASN'T POSSIBLE. They couldn't guarantee it. Seriously?! I ran down some of the issues I'd had very briefly, and they essentially said there's no way one of their cleaners had left early. Guess it's a good thing I have a camera on my front porch with timestamps, eh? Total hot mess.

Floors, baseboards, windows, walls, etc. Normal move-out cleaning. And it's a large house. It was too much for one person, which is all we got. Upon closer look after he "finished", the walls and floors were untouched, the toilets were never cleaned (inside or out, baseboards were untouched, no wall cleaning, a hand across a countertop came away covered in dirt and dust. We turn our house over to the landlord tomorrow and are spending the entire rest of the day and evening doing the job we just paid several hundred to have done. Not impressed, I'm sorry to say.
