Because of this, it wasn't possible to know that the prescription wasn't right for me until I opened the new box and used a pair. When I called to tell them my eyes were really strained and that text was blurry, they told me to come back in for another exam. I had a different doctor and a different and better prescription. They are charging me for the new contacts because the other box with the incorrect prescription was opened. Even though they never gave me the correct trial pair! I will never go back! I have to pay for their mistake.

She was extremely helpful, took time to find the right fitting frames for me and I was out of there in about 15-20min with the two frames I chose for around $150 for both including the prescription (which I already had). The exam and prescription appear to be okay BUT the issue starts when you are lead like sheep to the frame showroom after your appointment with the doctor. Sat down with the salesperson and found out that the cheapest glasses I could get for my prescription and lens requirements was $477. All of their frames are at least $199. Went to Sam's Club and was able to get 2 pairs of glasses with the same lenses for $344. There are several online alternatives which offer much better prices than NEA. Do some research and shop around before you buy anything here.
