We have been seen for regular 6mo check ups and a variety of [yes, pretty complicated] concerns as well, including serious emergencies, and my family all agrees that they have gone the extra mile to make us feel safe and comfortable in the chair and confident and happy with the outcome. I have personally felt respected, welcomed and well received during every encounter and/or appointment, from the greeting by the front office to having a cleaning or some other procedure. The office is well-decorated and cozy with accent walls and aesthetically-pleasing black and white photos of people with ridiculously white teeth. They have complimentary fruit and drinks (orange juice, green tea, water, etc.), free yummy chapstick, and of course your obligatory floss and toothpaste. The exam/cleaning rooms all have nice, big windows, so you can look out the window or watch TV while you are having work done, your choice. Also, you have the option of dipping your hands in a paraffin wax bath for a nice hand treatment as you get your teeth done. Absolutely genius ... I mean, if you're sitting there for an extended period of time anyway, why not? Everyone I interacted with there was very pleasant, but, most importantly, honest. Dr. Alber has a very frank, here's-how-it-is personality, which I really appreciated. He told me I should consider having my wisdom teeth out in the near future, and when I admitted that I thought I would be doing that on my next visit to Peru, he encouraged me. "Heck, they can do it for a lot cheaper than I can -- and they have good dentists!" he said. I really appreciated that because he could have said something like "Well, the only way you can be SURE to have it done well is to go through me." I loved the no-upsale approach. My visit was very cheap; with insurance, it ended up being $22, but without it would have been $110 for cleaning, xrays, and checkup. I will definitely be going back.

The patient information paperwork was clean and professional, I enjoyed the office tour, and was made to feel as though I hadn't worry about my teeth - i was in good hands. Dentist was professional, yet not over the top (which I appreciate) and very personal. The before and after pictures were huge for me because I knew, without a doubt, my mouth was clean when I left. Good job to the whole staff for educating me on good hygiene habits, providing me with a wonderful cleaning, and making me feel absolutely comfortable.

No problem, I understand things happen but not a great intro to my next appointment that was *supposed* to be this week. I confirmed my appointment and then got a call 24 hours before needing to reschedule. I missed the call as I was working. I call back 4 hours later, after receiving 2 emails that my appointment was rescheduled for different times, and call to confirm my new appointment time I'd been assigned via email. I was told the emails were to get me to call them back to reschedule and were not real appointment times? There are no appointments until March of 2026 but I can get on the waiting list. Not sure why I have an appointment to be on a waiting list with and unknown of when I can get my cleaning and exam. March 2026 would have put me at 15 months from my previous cleaning. I am under the impression I am not an important patient here and am looking for a new dental office that values my health and time.

I've had a lot of terrible dental work done in the past and my teeth and gums have suffered from it. He always makes sure that you're comfortable and can't feel anything. He is actually the one that pointed out that my front teeth were broken (I chipped them a couple of times when I was younger and they did bonding which doesn't last forever) They submitted it to my insurance and my insurance actually covered almost all of my 2 front veneers! They turned out absolutely beautiful and completely natural. That was about 9 years ago and they are still just as perfect from when I got them. More recently, I had to have a re-treatment on an old root canal (result of shotty dental work from 2 old crowns that I had to have replaced) and an infection was down there. I went to the endodontist (Dr. Horsely is also amazing!) and got it done but he said the one next to it would likely need to be completely removed and I'd have to get a dental implant. SO scary! I went back to Dr. Berryhill and we were both super shocked about this. I just had those 2 crowns replaced by him the year prior and he wasn't ready to give up on that tooth! Instead of just taking advantage and costing me a ton of money; he came up with a plan to save that tooth. We did several rounds of an antibiotic that goes under the gum line and it worked! Here I am 2 years later and the infection is gone and I didn't have to get an implant! Every single person at this office is super friendly and truly gets to know you. I truly appreciate that Dr. Berryhill and his team actually care about you and really get to know you! We've moved a few times since I've been a patient here and I refuse to go anywhere else. I'll be devastated to have to find a new dentist if we ever move states because no one else out there even compares! I was also able to get my husband to come in regularly for his cleanings :) I recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

He was the first one to tell me that my sleep apnea (recently diagnosed) could be the cause of my oral issues! OMG! Unlike other dentists he never made feel bad about the state of my oral situation, I always brushed 2+× a day but was fighting a losing battle & I didn't understand why. Since he's been my dentist, my advocate everything has changed & I'm proud! I love his team, everyone is so kind. With all the issues I used to have I would pay and pay but never got ahead, here I'm never reccomended something I don't need. I couldn't ve happier... my whole family goes here now :)
