Chang and I cannot tell you how amazing my experience was...I did not have any freezing or numbing for my appointment, it was to repair a chipped back molar and build up bonding that was wearing away and discoloring on 2 of my front teeth. Instead of offering any guidance or concern, I was told that "it says on their website" that I should have gone to urgent care if I was experiencing pain and discomfort after the treatment. There was no empathy, no willingness to listen. I expected basic professionalism and patient care, especially when someone is in pain after treatment. Unfortunately, this was completely lacking.
