Dr. Williams also took money from me. Dr. Williams fired me for speaking out about my compensation. You have to understand that many medical clinicians, eg. PA's, NP's get paid on a percentage basis for services rendered. Ours was only 30 % but we agreed on that rate. Money is also collected over many months. In other words, you may see a patient on 7/3/21 and not receive payment until 3/3/22. That's how it goes. Dr. Williams gave me a departing check of $10 K for services the that month and the prior month. He did this so I would happily go away. And I did for awhile until I got a little smarter. I spoke to an individual in his billing department awhile back and based upon her reports, I am owed at least another 15 K for payments received over a 12 month duration for Andrew Pratt, PA-C services. Not Dr Ted William's services. He took that money. I actually do exceptionally well in private practice and long term care in Austin, TX. I'm truly blessed. I want him to pay me not because i need the money but because it's the right thing to do and I rightfully earned it. And as a "Christian Man" he knows it. I don't want to obtain counsel but I will if I have to. Thank you. Andrew "Ferrill " Pratt, PA-C, CAQ Psychiatry

They said they don't have an opening for the next month and a half. Not to mention they took a week to reach out about scheduling the appointment. Just seems like an unprofessional organization. How should I trust a place that can't schedule me? What if there's an emergency? Called a smaller provider and got an appointment with the week and someone answered when I called.

Unfortunately, the longer I got services there I started to see that they were more interested in making money than providing the quality of services I needed. I asked to talk with the psychiatrist and they gave me five minutes to do so. This wasn't adequate so they said I could talk on the phone with the psychiatrist for $200 for 30 minutes. When I made the call I waited over ten minutes for the psychiatrist to join, but he didn't appear. I hung up since it was costing $200 and every minute was expensive. I talked to the office and he had been detained and I suggested that it would have been courteous for me to have been informed that he was going to be late. Later I got a message from the doctor saying that my unruliness made them unwilling to provide ECT for me. I had asked for courtesy but they refused. I then realized that they were mainly interested in me being a passive patient who would not have any expectations of them. They obviously were wanting to make money with as few requirements as possible.

I found that and so much more here. They won't just bill your insurance and do the bare minimum. They're WONDERFUL

I had the most insane reaction. Contacted her and she basically told me "Poor thing." No follow-up, nothing. I still have the email because it left a fear of medicine in me. Years later I'm unpacking this trauma with my therapist and a new doctor. As I have went on to work in Public Health myself, I now see this as a total failure and part of a larger system that harms patients, particularly patients of color, particularly low-income patients without access to a variety of care. I have waited 10 years to write this review. Now as a professional myself, with the resources for care, I see how that moment in 2016 failed me. I hope Dr. Mitchell does not do this to any other patient. This is part of my healing.

I strongly caution anyone considering Olubunmi Oladosu as a psychiatrist. My experience was…read moreextremely disappointing, and there are multiple serious red flags for anyone seeking competent, patient-centered care. The telehealth platform itself is poorly designed, confusing, and not user-friendly. When calling, you get the same staff member who is often dry, sarcastic, and unhelpful, regularly telling you to use the online portal instead of actually helping with your concern. As for the provider, Olubunmi Oladosu, she is consistently late to appointments and visibly frustrated by technical issues, problems that are completely normal in telehealth. Sometimes, she doesn't show up at all, and getting a refund for missed sessions is unnecessarily complicated and stressful. During sessions, she asks about your concerns, but her attention clearly seems elsewhere. At the same time, she is rigid and insistent about her methods, refusing to accommodate reasonable patient preferences. She expects appointments every three months for over a year, which felt unnecessary and like a cash grab. She repeatedly pushed anxiety medications despite me clearly stating I wanted to avoid anything potentially addictive. When I returned after six months off medication, she acted as if she had never met me and refused, in a rude manner, to provide a doctor's note for a medical accommodation at my job. The combination of inattentiveness, pushy behavior, and disregard for patient needs makes her practice extremely unprofessional. Frankly, she should consider a different line of work. Sitting in your living room and slapping a white coat over pajamas does not make you qualified for this type of job, and it shows in every interaction. In short: missed appointments, rude staff, lack of patient-centered care, pushy medications, and rigid, inattentive sessions make this practice unworthy of anyone's time or trust. I would not recommend this provider or the telehealth platform to anyone seeking serious psychiatric care.

NP Oladosu makes sure to do a complete intake of your history with a series of questions only served to provide the best care while looking at an overall view of your symptoms. She treats all ages and multiple psychiatric disorders including mood, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia and many more. I appreciate that the visits are via telehealth during these times which makes it convenient to be in the comfort of your own home. The cost of care is affordable and they accept insurance as well as self pay. Great service!
