My opinion of the sales merchandise offering was underwhelming with sale things hard to even find and a selection looking like scraps. My star rating on that is a 2. So I'm in the men's dept. Obviously looking and searching right in front of two sales associates who were yapping amongst themselves and didn't even give me a look. Then I'm approached from the side by an associate named Grant who could tell I was searching for something and offered his assistance. He showed me to the bleak sales rack and I tried on a couple of things. He was the epitome of a full service sales associate getting the right size etc. I ended up just looking with him in the full price section and after a short discussion he understood exactly what I was looking for. He brought me shoes to try and a new belt. Stayed with me right through the entire transaction, alterations and so forth. Grant was what Nordstrom has been known for in terms of service and he gets 5 stars!

I drive in from Camas, WA, and my experiences have consistently reflected the level of service and care associated with the Nordstrom name. Unfortunately, today was very different. Every April, I treat myself to a birthday shopping trip and genuinely look forward to it. In the past, I've always been greeted promptly, assisted with sizes, and made to feel welcome. This time, no associate approached me--or any of the other middle‑aged women browsing nearby. Two employees stood at the register engaged in conversation, not helping anyone. I eventually interrupted to request a fitting room, but no one ever checked on me afterward. The lack of attention was surprising and disappointing, completely unlike any experience I've had there before. I left feeling invisible and disheartened, and I'm not sure I'll return. If this is the new norm, I'll need to find another way to celebrate my birthday going forward.

They created their own so that everyone is basically a number not associated with the standard sizing, so no one feels like a plus size. Ridiculous. We all know that a 4 is larger than a 0 or 1. All this does is make it impossible to figure out what size pants or top to bring into the dressing room. And to have 4-5 sizes means that each size fits a variety of shapes, so it's either too big or small. Not a fan. Chicos is big on accessories. Thing big, chunky necklaces. More bling. Belts. Scarves. The store also had offer going on of earning 50% back in box lunch money for spending over $40. Marvel and Super Mario were some of favorite sections. My daughter picked a Mario hat. The price was understandably little higher, as they were branded products. The staff members were very friendly. They quickly did the check and during the process they asked me about the bonus cash reward I had in my Box Lunch rewards account. It made the purchase $5 cheaper. Overall a really cool store for comic and anime fans.
