I need the colors to be white and pale pink with eucalyptus leaves. I showed pictures and even asked for a sage green ribbon to hold them together. I was told it would be to what I ordered and was told the bouquet would be $90. I didn't mind the price since it would be a piece of mind and not have to worry about making one myself. Upon arrival I had a balance of $40 to pay and I asked to see the bouquet before I paid the remaining balance. The bouquet was so small and nothing what I had asked for. The colors weren't even correct. I asked the owner if there was anyway she can correct it and she refused. I politely asked for my refund and she proceeded to yell at me and told me that she was nice enough to give me a $10 discount because she regularly charges $100 for the bouquet she was trying to sell me. Again I continued to ask for a refund as I am 6 months pregnant and didn't want to stress more about the situation. The owner practically threw my money at me and I walked out the door. I like supporting small businesses. But the treatment here was not very unprofessional. I ended up buying flowers myself and made a beautiful bouquet for $40. SAVE YOUR MONEY! It's always a risk having flowers delivered because I ask myself "will the arrangement I ordered online, look like photo of the arrangement on the business's website?", and "will it arrive on time?" After having a terrible experience with another business that delivered a poorly put together arrangement for someone who had just lost a child, I was a bit hesitant on having flowers delivered from a different business. After looking at this business's reviews and Instagram page, I decided to give them a chance. I needed flowers delivered to a friend's family members funeral service. I ordered from the business's website. My only complaint was that for the card message, it only allowed 50 characters, so I couldn't type a full message. Also, the site was glitchy when trying to type out words on the memo line. After successfully placing my order for a next day delivery, I called the business and spoke to Giovanni. He was so kind and helpful in answering my questions. He reassured me that my note with the service information was received. Later in the day, I received an email stating the arrangement was out for delivery. This worried me because I was afraid the flowers would wilt. I called the business again, and a kind gentleman answered. He told me they deliver a day early for services, and that the funeral home would have a flower room, where flowers are stored in a refrigerated room. I asked that he send me a picture of the flower arrangement. After I got off the phone, I received a text with an image of the arrangement. It looked even better than the online photo. I also received a text confirming the flowers were delivered. In this economy, everything is pricey, and it's important, especially for smaller businesses, to put together quality arrangements for every occasion, and to make sure their customers are happy. I am so glad I ordered from this business. I hope this business continues to thrive.
