Just did some Christmas Shopping and Aman and the Manager Leticia were wonderful! They were warm, friendly and genuinely went the extra mile to make my experience wonderful! Second review but, I can't find my receipt. I wanted to name all the women that work at this location. Every single time I come here, I leave with a huge smile. They always welcome me and are always kind. It's the little things for me! I was purchasing some suckers for a friend's birthday. All of the sucker saver tins were for Valentine's Day, which I would've been happy with. But!! I just have to say, I have been to A LOT of See's Candies in my lifetime but NEVER have I been so happy with the service as I am with the ladies at this location! To be honest, I feel like a jerk because I am horrible at names and I truly feel like two specific ladies deserve recognition for their amazing customer service because they have never treated me like a customer but more like a familiar friend. To the extent that I walked in today and I was immediately greeted with a sample of my favorite chocolate and welcomed in. They must see hundreds of people a day, especially this time of year, yet remember me and remember that I come in for one chocolate specifically and ONLY that one chocolate. I could kick myself for not remembering her name but I will just call her "The Tiny Dancer" because she is a ballet dancer. She will know who she is and hopefully she am speak up that I am speaking about her because she deserves to be recognized. Give her a raise! She is always so friendly and thoughtful and she remembers her clientele and shows them that they matter! The other gal wears glasses and she is always there to lend an ear and she also remembers every person and what they like and she knows just what to say and she is always happy to be there. She actually made me laugh because I went in a few weeks ago after having the worlds worst day and she knows me well enough to know that if I order an entire pound of milk butterscotch squares, I have had a bad day. So anyway, I tell her that when I have a bad day, all I need is to take a long, hot bubble bath with a glass of wine and a box of butterscotch squares and it's like all of my troubles start to melt away with the first bite, like a wave of peace and happiness comes over me. She said of if I ever write a review, I should say that! And we laughed, but she was right! These women are there to celebrate our accomplishments and our happy moments with us but we forget that they also empathize with our problems and drama. They are heroes to me. Because I feel safe at this location because of them. It isn't just the chocolate. It's the people who sell the chocolate, too! Kudos to the team at Inland Center Mall for always being exactly what I need! If nobody else has told you, I will gladly tell you, thank you! I was strong enough to say no the first time offered, but gave in when the lady placed chocolate covered butter toffee in my hands. The sample was oh so good. Went in the other night to pick up some thank you goodies since the store closest to me was closed already. Best see's experience yet. I was debating on what to get for small gift bags since I wanted different options than the pre made gift bag. Eman saw me gathering different chocolates and immediately offered to package and wrap them. She helped me pick stuff out and packaged everything for me. They looked so nice. She was also quick to help others while she was packaging my goodies. She saved me so much time and made them look great Everyone that received them were so happy when they saw them. Had an amazing experience here at the Sees location I was greeted by Eman such a delightful young lady, she helped me pack a few items for father's day and quickly gift wrapped them for me, she took her time and had patience w me, I can be a difficult old lady, but it was service w a smile and her bubbly personality was so welcoming, such a beautiful soul.. Eman and Leticia are the best people ever!!!! these lovely young women made my experience the best I've ever had at any See's candy I've been to. We had an amazing conversation while Eman was helping us pick our chocolates and gave us samples of the truffles when we asked what they were. They were very informative about each candy we looked at, had positive and welcoming attitudes, genuine care about each customer that entered, and the candy was also very delicious genuine chocolate. Used to love this place .... been a customer for over 20 years.... BUT BEWARE!!!! My little sister and I took her children in to buy some candy and my nephew (who usually eats a whole candy in one bite) bit off a nibble didn't like it and gave the rest to my sister. She put the rest in her mouth, bit down and chipped her tooth!!! (Which ended up cracking the tooth and must now have dental work) Inside the chocolate was a NEEDLE! Yes!!! An actual needle! See's does not want to take responsibility for this, which could've lodged in my nephews throat and become fatal! They're denying that it could've possibly came from their manufacturing process, yet the chocolate was bought and eaten inside the store! We are in the process of having it examined by a lab to verify its authenticity and solidify what we already know.... please the only reason I write this review is to warn future customers to crack open each candy for your own safety or better yet do not do any business w them to eliminate the risk! I was greeting by 2 employees named "Patty" and " Kris" they are two of the most sweetest ladies I have ever met . Once I was done shopping she went above and wrapped everything all cute for me too!! I just stopped in to grab a few pre-packed boxes of chocolate to hand out to the secretaries at work for the holidays. As I finished grabbing what I needed off the shelves, I was delighted to hear a voice say "Sir, if you're done shopping and don't need anything from the chocolate counter I can ring you up over here". I was so grateful, as the line for said chocolate counter had six people waiting to place their orders. I was able to "get in and get out" quickly. Just as I was being rung up I thought to myself "bummer, no free chocolate for me today since I didn't stand in the chocolate counter line" when I was delighted yet again: "Here's your change sir and here's a sample for you."
