I expressed that I didn't love one of the flowers and wondered if it could be switched out...at which point the whole interaction went sour. I was very reluctantly told they could but it would require them to take the whole thing apart (truly was a simple bouquet). After they remade it, I was handed the bouquet without a word or any type of acknowledgment...left feeling like I had somehow inconvenienced them for buying flowers? Won't be buying here again.

We really leaned into the western theme and had deep dark brown table cloths and cow print runners, so we were looking for something that would bring in a color and femininity without losing the western charm. Half Moon Flowers really delivered! The arrangements were stunning and really added to the decor that we had planned for the event. We also had long farm tables, and I was worried about the arrangements looking sparse, but they made sure we had some large arrangements and smaller arrangements in between so there was great coverage all along the table scapes. She also did a stunning job on the arrangements for where we held the service. We were really so, so happy! Everyone took one home at the end of the night, and we are still enjoying the ones we brought home a little over a week later.

The area is beautiful with stunning views, easy parking, and great signage. Each store has a building with clear signs, cash register counters. We were welcomed and invited into the stores that were open during our visit. My favorite area was the succulents, as a succulent collector I obviously was drawn here. I'd like to make special note of the love and care for the plants. Often times when purchasing plants they are not thriving, they are hanging on for dear life or are semi healthy. All plants in all shops were EXTREMELY healthy! The humidity was ever so present in the store with the house plants, the dryness was very present in the area with the succulents, the lighting was good and the plants were lush, not stretchy, and were properly placed for sunning. I did not pay attention in the other stores but did notice that the succulent store also listed their plants as toxic if there was toxins in them harmful to children or pets!

We were able to secure a parking space in the last row, thankfully. Already Pastorino's was bustling with families and young children, eager to partake in the many activities like the train ride, big slide or was it a bouncy house?, hayride, etc. We were grateful for the no-admission fee, but you do pay for the rides, food, etc. Since we didn't ride anything, I have no idea of their cost. My friend and I took advantage of the many photo ops around the property. There is a delightful gift shop that even carried the coveted Labubus, amidst all of their Halloween inspired gifts. Pastorino's is beautifully and whimsically decorated for Halloween. I'm sure you'll find it charming, even if you're without children.

I received no email or phone call letting me know they would no longer be fulfilling the rest of my order that day. Two days later, I emailed asking for a refund. A few hours after sending that email, the missing arrangement suddenly showed up. To make matters worse, you can't even call the shop. Their message says they have "calls turned off until September 1st." It's September 21st, and their phones are still turned off. The quality of the flowers and arrangements has also declined significantly lately and does not match the premium prices they charge. Between the poor communication, lack of customer service, and declining quality, I'm extremely disappointed.

Jane recently did the flowers for our wedding in April and boy were we blown away. The arrangements were beautiful and beyond what I could have imagined. I had several photo's of the look I was going for and Jane went above and beyond. When I walked into the ceremony and saw what she had done I was 100% satisfied. She really used my photo's of inspiration and made the arrangements bigger and better. Jane did a test run for me and everything was as asked. My colors were coral but more of a pinky coral. When we did the test run I felt the flowers were more orange than pink. I mentioned to Jane that I wanted more pinks and viola! that is what I got on our wedding day. The centerpieces were also very well done. Jane was very easy to work with and has lots of idea's. I think her experience and knowledge really made the flowers on my wedding day even more special. It was nice that she really knew what flowers were in season and was able to give recommendations on what she thought would work best. I thought her prices were fair and well priced. Jane provided all of the floral decor for our daughter's wedding and the results were excellent. What she put together for the beach front ceremony added the perfect complement to the beautiful natural vista. The centerpieces were perfect, suiting the bride's somewhat contemporary, minimalist taste, yet warm and happy. Jane had a talent for tapping into our daughter's personality in tandem with combining elements that added to the overall ambiance we had in mind. From the ceremony, to garden cocktail hour tables, reception tent, we could not have been more pleased. She offers the max without overspending. Jane put together the flowers for my August wedding, and they could not have turned out any better! I came to Jane a few months prior with a skeleton of a vision, only providing a few magazine cut outs and color options, and she came through with exactly what I wanted. The textures, variety, and amazing colors transformed the venue into a dream wedding site. Jane put together stunning bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony flowers. My first experience with Jane was as a bridesmaid. I was so impressed with my bouquet and all the flowers. The gazebo was absolutely breathtaking. So, needless to say, when I began preparation for my wedding, she was the natural choice. I called Jane right away and she had the date open. Yeah!! I was well taken care of and Jane is really easy to work with. She kept me within my budget with lots of creative and wonderful ideas that I would have never thought of. I called last minute this morning to order flowers for my cousin's funeral and got Jane. I didn't give her much time as the funeral is today and yet she acted like I was her only customer. SHe didn't have any fresh flowers that she thought would be good enough as she had not been to the flower mkt yet but had a beautiful plant and said she would do it up very nicely.
