While the service is not cheap it seems to be the going rate in this area, and I have no regrets about paying for the service. The owner has not raised the rates on us since we started a year ago. Timing. The cleaning team is very reliable - they've never canceled on me. There have been times when they've needed to change the time frame on a particular day, but that was communicated to me as soon as the need to adjust was known.
