The prices for the printers are on sale but the ink is insanely priced, even online. This store provides a great self serve copier section with seven machines for customer use. Shipping services are available through Fed-Ex. The Sticky Notes (those multi-colored little square sticky pages) prices have gone through the roof and was laughable (See Pic). Although the customer service was excellent, and the store was well stocked and spotless, Im just gonna stick with Amazon for certain items and save a few bucks..

I placed an online fragrance order around 4:30 p.m. and later found out that orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are typically processed the next day. Since I live far away, I called the store hoping there might be a solution. Denise was incredibly understanding, professional, and eager to help. After listening to my situation, she took the initiative to see what she could do. A few minutes later, she came back on the line and let me know she was able to make an exception. Within minutes, I received my pickup confirmation email exactly as she promised and was able to pick up my order that same day. When I arrived, I made sure to thank Denise in person because service like hers is becoming increasingly rare. She went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations, and made me feel like a valued customer. Dillard's is fortunate to have someone like Denise representing its brand. Many big brand clothing and cosmetic companies throughout this store. While the wife was shopping for dresses I walked to the other side to the suit section and found a great selection on sale. The cotton sports coats were on sale for $205.00. The employee assisted me and tried on one of the coats which actually fit pretty well without the need of alterations. The color was not quite what I needed. I will continue to pop in here again to check the new inventory.

Whether it be candy, clothing, electronics, phone accessories or toys, they had a good bit of everything. Furthermore, this store was way more tidy than other smaller ones I've been to shoutout to the employees for that. If there's one thing about FB it's that they can be a total mess & luckily that's not the case here. Also, the few employees I saw were friendly & offered assistance. Some were actively organizing. They had most of the typical things you'll find across all locations. Since the store is big they also had things that I haven't seen at others. I found some cool "World's Smallest" figure that I almost walked away with but self control is huge in a place like this. It seems like they stay updated in terms of products so I'm looking forward to seeing what they have during the holidays (Halloween especially). Although I'm a fan, I'll be the first to say that some of their pricing is crazy. I can't justify spending over $10 on a product at a store that ACTUALLY used to have everything under $5. I understand times have changed but that's my biggest issue with them. It's in an easily accessible location & has plenty of parking out front. They had a huge candy and snack area with just about any candy you can imagine. I love the book section where you can find some great books at a great price. This is one of those places that you can definitely spend a lot of time browsing around. For a store this big I was actually surprised at how well maintained it was, things weren't thrown all over the place like I've seen at other stores. I had minimal contact with any staff there but the guy who was by the self checkout area was very nice.
