I greatly appreciate the patience and time that was given to me by Elena and her staff so the perfect gown could be chosen for my Sorority Special Premier Event. I felt like Cinderella being fitted for the Ball. After trying on a couple of gowns, Elena helped to select the Best gown for me. Does that make any sense to anyone? They were never worn and the tags were still on them. They carried the same items in other colors. When I asked her how that could be logical, she became very rude and spoke to me in a way that was very out of line and over the top. It was inappropriate and I think she should be embarrassed by the way she spoke to a customer. If I were her boss, she would be on the unemployment line today. I will not be returning and bringing any business to that establishment any more. AND I will be sure to spread the word amongst all of my friends, colleagues, acquaintances and PTA members.

Although it is a bit hidden I feel like it's my hidden gem. About 80% of my daughters wardrobe is Carter's and I got it from here. They always have the cutest outfits and great prices. It's well lit and the racks aren't overcrowded to the point where you feel overwhelmed and don't want to shop. The employees I encounter every trip is always more than helpful and nice. I picked up a DevaCurl product that was on the clearance rack in the beauty section, although it didn't have a price tag. I figured the cashier could price it for me appropriately. When Leann called over her "manager" I assume, she asked me where I got it, and if there was another on the shelf. There wasn't as it was in the clearance section. She took it from Leann and said "she won't be getting this," with a nasty tone. I guess 5-8$ for a clearance product is just too much to risk in this economy... The register "lights" are on, but no one is home. That goes both ways. Either they have no clue or they are just not present. I have complained to management time and time again, and they say it's a STAFFING problem. So we were looking around for a little while. Customer service was there to help right away. The salesman a very nice gentleman showed me a few nice suits. I told him I didn't want to break the bank. But I wanted something nice for around $200.00. So he got me a couple of suits to try on .and remember there was so many different styles of suits to choose from. So I tried on a couple of navy blue suits.and he made sure it was the right size .this place has all sizes for small guys and big & tall that's a plus for us guys that are a little taller and not that big .so if you want a nice suit most sizes and colors for a decent price this is the place for you. They will also fix your size for you in the same day it will only take like a half hour to 45 minutes. They did my pants for me really fast. The staff is very decent and respectful and ambiance is nice and comfortable. So I would definitely go back there In the future

After a few moments an associate named Anka came over and was wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for. Didn't rush me and stayed within my price range. Anka was excellent and very kind. I walked out with two Nick Graham suits for a very good price. When we went to the register our coupon had expired. But the woman behind the counter was very sweet and gave us 20% off with the purchase of garment bags. As well as let us use some phone coupons we had via text. They had a good selection, good prices and good service. I would recommend this store if you are in pinch for a nice suit. Some of the brands I saw and tried on besides Nick Graham were Joseph Abboud, Nautica and Cole Haan. My only small gripe is the store could use a little sprucing up/remodeling. Give them a shot. They sized him up, we left a deposit, and we received a text in a week for pickup, just like they said we would. Day of pickup -- the suit was tried on and it looked and fit great! It was due back in a couple of days, but they actually told us a day or two later was fine too. That helped!! Easy and painless experience. I'd go back for the next suit rental!

These are basic questions that salespeople ask in retail. When I went back to buy these items, there was no one at the register. I waited 5 minutes. Finally a salesman comes to the register with the customer and rings her up. I ask him to call someone to help me and his response was they are too busy. It's a management problem with untrained staff. Also went to get a belt the young woman who helped me was really nice and helpful.
