The Manager herself was the worst and set a very very poor example to the other staff. Walked in with family and friends - not one person including bother to acknowledge us or greet us. I need assistance and recommendations with items and sizing. No one bothered to help with a friendly attitude. The manager had a smug look and couldn't be bothered. I was in desperate need of a few gifts asap for a party this coming weekend - I was recommended by my boss to shop at Janie and Jack and was excited to have a great experience shopping for four gifts for toddlers and needless to say I had to walk out because it was making me so incredibly upset to patronize this establishment and not being treated respectfully instead ignored by the sales staff and when I ask questions about sizing it was short and cold. The manager was no better and made no attempt to make our shop experience a pleasant want. Ugh. Horrific. We ended up shopping and greeted by the wonderful staff at Neiman Marcus. The kids department at NM was fabulous and the friendly staff took very good care of us. Shame on you, Janie and Jack !!! If you don't how to operate and be kind to your customers you should NOT be in the customer service industry!

Cute stuff but not anything out of this world you can't just buy direct from the brand online. I probably won't be back just based on the lack of friendliness and pretentious attitudes of the workers.

When I tried to exchange it at a local Psycho Bunny store (with tags on and with an original receipt)I was denied an exchange. I then raised the issue to PB corporate and I was again turned down for making an exchange. I was told the store I bought it from was a franchise store and they couldn't accept an exchange of their product. Awful company to deal with.
