In 2017 it was announced that majority of the inside portion of the mall would be closed for renovations. I never finished this review back in 2017, and now the mall is still under renovation. I think that speaks volumes about the status of this mall. I have not been to the new winners since it moved to outside the mall, or the Costco. Apparently they are both pretty nice.

I mean it's bare in terms of stores and in terms of people coming here. Besides the 2 phone stores in the mall, a smallish Winners and Peoples Jeweler there really isn't anything else in this mall that isn't tacky or a ghetto version of a chain store. When I went to cash out, the register crashed as my credit card payment was completed. There was no receipt so they couldn't tell if the payment really completed or not. The manager came over and called the support team immediately to try and solve the issue. It took a while and the answer was never solved while there. I did have to cash out again, but she gave me information in case I was charged twice so I could be reimbursed with her name and store info on it. I noticed a few days later I was charged twice. The day I went to go back for my reimbursement, I double checked my account, and I saw they already discounted the second charge. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
