This is a cool consignment shop for kids. There is a good selection of kids clothes from newborn to size 14. They also have a great deal on toys. When you walk in, there are about 8 aisles of clothes sized properly in their sections. The back wall is full of shoes for both genders. On the wall next to the door you can find stocking, socks, etc. And the remainder of the store is full of toys ranging from play pens, to action figures, to stuffed animals. I went into kid to kid yesterday and I was just looking and usually baby boy clothes are picked over at stores. But kid to kid has a massive selection of clothes at reasonable prices. Usually at second hand stores it smells like dust but It was super clean and didn't have that dust thrift store smell. The lady who cashed me out was super nice as well. I will be coming back soon and I told all my friends who have young kids to check out this store. read more

Went here for the first time. The prices were great. Clothing is very clean. We bought an electric rocker. When we got to the register, there was an issue with it. They reduced the price because of it. Staff was great. I will be going back to buy as much as I can for my grand kids. read more

I dropped off bin of my son and daughters gently used, non stained, freshly washed and folded name brand items. I come back to the store, and they tell me they couldn't take half of my things. for reasons being that the "fabric had light pleading on it" something that was BARELY noticeable and would be easily removed with a lint roller. gave no real explanation on why any of my other name brand items weren't excepted. after all said and done I walked out with only 84 dollars in store credit. which was worth less than the one pair of Jordans I brought in. I thought the point was to bring in GENTLY USED AND CLEAN NAME BRAND CLOTHES. the clothes I brought in have way better quality that's on their own shelves!!! if you intend on selling clothes or shoes here, DONT! it's a rip off and the reasonings I got on why they didn't take the remainder of my things is utterly ridiculous. this is a scam. they should be shamed of themselves! NEVER selling another item here AGAIN. would much rather donate to someone in need then get ripped off and fed bull excuses! read more

Great consignment kids store. I usually can find exactly what I need plus more. They do run sales that can significantly lower the prices on items. They also carry some new Melissa and Doug puzzles and activities as well as TY stuffed animals. They don't give a ton of money back when you bring in clothes but I think it's worth it to get the store credit. read more

I went to exchange an item and a very rude person named Brian went to the back for about 5 minutes then came back to the counter to say they won't accept my receipt because I didn't give them my phone number. I said show me that policy on my receipt. He said the item was no longer in the system, there was no manager there, and I can have a nice day. I filed a case with the BBB since they are violating there exchange policy. They will lose many customers with this type of service. read more

It's a decent store to shop at but definitely not to sell anything to. I went in with a pair of brand new Carters snow boots, and 3 Carhartt kids jackets that were almost new with the matching overalls as well which were brand new since my baby was born during the pandemic, she didn't get to wear the jackets and overalls because there was no where to go besides doctors appointments. These people offered me 25$ cash or 30$ store credit for all of that!! Absolutely ridiculous! You're better off giving the stuff away to someone who really needs it or just posting it on social media to sell and actually get paid what it's worth. I understand they need to make a profit but I mean seriously?! One Carhartt jacket alone runs 70$! read more

I think it's a bit overpriced and not all the greatest quality clothing for what they're charging. For example, I was specifically looking for infant footed sleepers / PJS - they were charging about $6 and many of the ones I looked at were WORN out. :( If you watch clearance sales closely, you can easily get a brand new footed PJ for infants for about $5. I also checked out some winter boots for my older child, and most of them were about $10+ ! And in gross shape -- who wants to scrub someone else's old snow boots? I just left unimpressed. And the line was LONG and the line to try to sell your items was even longer. The children's toys area was yicky- lots of older junky looking stuff I'd expect to see at a yard sale and WAYYYYY overpriced. read more

I have been going to this store for 3 years now. You get stuff that is basically new. My favorite part is once your kid outgrows a size, you hand it in for store credit and use the credit towards new clothes. It makes shopping for your kids so easy and so much cheaper. It's not like a lot of thrift stores that things are outdated and/or stained and gross. I cannot say enough how much I love this store. read more

I paid a visit to this establishment while searching for a place to bring gently used toddler boy clothing. Upon first entering, I immediately noticed not only how large the shop was, but how exceptionally clean it was. That is key for me, no matter where I go. It was a cheery, welcoming environment. The displays of clothing for all ages, as well as toys were eye catching, and to think I came to just bring clothing for my eldest daughter! Well I'm sure many of you know how that goes. Left with an armful of things for our newest granddaughter. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about everything in this giant store. The logic of picking out what they will "purchase" from you, makes no sense. I put all infant sets together, they took pieces of it. Skipped over All brand new items. I guess it makes sense as a majority of the clothes look worn, pilled and outdated. The shoes were dirty and stunk. I brought a whole years worth of clothes to this place. Many with tags, all in like new condition. They turned away almost nothing that I brought. Not only did I bring clothes, I brought a jumper, a learn to walk toy and other items. These were never used. This was by far the best experience I've had shopping for gently used kids stuff. My aunt recommended this place about a week ago, and I stopped in today to take advantage of the 60% off sale on summer clothes. It was obvious that the staff pays attention to the quality of the items that people bring in & even with the two weeks of sales, there was still plenty of great merchandise available. I'm not stuck on labels, but I do appreciate quality when buying kids clothing; sure, they grow out of them quickly, but cheap clothes tend to wash terribly. The store was organized very well, both by size and even color within each size. Although the store is small, I found the aisles easy to maneuver and. I bought my nephews 11 shirts, three pairs of pants, and three pairs of swimming trunks for $80 after the discounts. And all of the shirts were either brand new or brand named. The customer service was also great! Seeing that I was standing in line for a while, one of the owners stepped in to ring me out. She was very friendly and signed me up for their loyalty program. So sad I drove all the way here and it was 7:25 and they would not look at my items , they said they stop buying at 7 pm but they are open until 8 . The girl would not even take the bag to at least do it first thing in the morning. It's a shame that they have this posted no where it was one bag of clothes. They say they are giving back , but really do they care? When I had my child with me needed the money , and drove all the way her just for them to tell me I have to come back when they are still open?! I'm a new mother and never knew this kind of place exists! Found this place by accident on the way to the Clothes Mentor. Loved this place! I brought in some baby clothes we didn't need. I browsed in the store and found used Ralph Lauren onesies in a great condition for $6.99! The manager has great eyes when she goes through the stuff that are brought in. All the clothes seem to be in a good condition. I brought in some and ended up leaving with more! Spent so much that I got a free book. I will definitely come back. Maybe I can try to sell a bumbo and a swing next time. read more

It looks and smells like a thrift store. It seems that they are looking more for secondhand clothing as opposed to lightly used. There were so many items turned away that were in great shape. The excuse was they don't take a lot of baby stuff. But I saw lots of baby stuff that I honestly didn't even feel comfortable touching. Go figure. I'm a grandma, I have bought so many great toys for my grandson at kid to kid many never used with the original price tag on it at a fraction of the cost. I've also bought a potty chair and bed rails and other supplies. And the clothes are great. My grandson loves to wear 3-piece suits and bow ties and Tops it off with a fedora, he calls it stud mode, and you know those suits were only ever worn once or twice. I've gotten swimming gear and the safety items. I'm getting a granddaughter in September so I watched for their sale days and stocked up on the cutest little sleepers, shoes, outfits and fall sweaters. You can't go wrong here. It's a nice, clean store with friendly staff but that's where the good ends. They seem to operate on a buy low, sell high business model which isn't good for anyone but them. This is their pricing model: -scour the Internet for the lowest price -offer 1/6 of that price to the seller -search for a normal retail price -mark item for sale at half that price The used items I saw were overpriced. $100 for an outdated, used, dirty stroller? Seriously? I had time to look around while waiting for my items to be appraised. They take half off the lowest retail they can find online and give the person bringing items on just one third of that (one sixth of the lowball retail price). They then turn around and mark items for sale at 50% of the regular retail price (possibly more, some of the tagged prices were very high but that what they told me their policy was). They don't take condition into account. I brought in brand new items and the offer wasn't any more than what they offer for older stuff. What a racket. I get the feeling anyone trying to sell anything in good shape won't be willing to take what they offer so what's on the shelves is junk (minus the brand new Melissa and Doug stuff they sell for themselves and put out front). I was the second person to walk away from a ridiculously low offer in the 20 minutes I spent there. The offer was so low that I left with my items and took them to a women's shelter. I feel better being out a bit of money and helping someone out than lining the pockets of kid 2 kid. To give an example the amount they're willing to pay I brought in seven items totaling $240 retail if purchased from buy buy baby or $210 if purchased from Amazon. They offered $18 and change in cash or $22 in store credit. Every single item was brand new in the original packaging. Judging by the marked prices on their items they would be asking around $115 for these things, none of which were clothing items which they said they sometimes discount. I don't begrudge them their profit but it's taking advantage of people to offer so little in order to get a huge markup. read more
