Christmas is coming and I don't have a gift for my family yet. H & M is one of our favorite clothing brands. They have a good quality of fabric. It's comfortable to wear. You can find women's clothing, men's clothing and children's clothing. They have a different selection of it so it's easy to find. I went first to the selection of kids clothing. I like the pants and shirt on the mannequin so I asked some staff to help me find those kinds of clothes. She lent me a way and I found it. Next I went to the selection of mens clothing. I just bought a black pants, a polo shirt and a t-shirt for my husband. I know his size so it's perfectly fit for him. They have a discount on selected items and sad to say that the clothes that I bought have no discount. When I paid it at the counter I went home and wrapped it and put it beside the Christmas tree.

This store is really nice. We've been buying most of our clothes here for a long time. The clothes have a good quality and it is comfortable to use for everyday and even as a nice outfit. The prices on most of their clothes is cheap and this store I must say is a great option instead for other expensive brands. I am always looking forward to their new collection. I recently visited the store and their new collection for winter was wonderful. The staff in the store was super friendly and helpful. Everything was organized and the store was clean as well as the fitting room. I spotted a few items that are on sale and it was really nice. I definitely love this store and they never disappoints.

On a non-holiday Monday morning at H&M, the store was organized, cluster-free, and being cleaned (the employees from the cleaning company were sweeping and vacuuming). I personally think that H&M has pretty liberal return/exchange policy: thirty (30) days for refund with a receipt or a proof of purchase. Otherwise, without any receipt or proof of purchase, there will be a merchandise credit issued at the current selling price for the merchandise he/she wishes to return or exchange. As many reviews have mentioned, retailers like H&M or in that nature are crowded, busy, and perhaps under-staffed on the weekends. If you're a frequent shopper at H&M, coming back to exchange for something else you like is probably not a problem since there is going to be new, fresh items coming in on a daily basis. I'm very glad that you can shop at H&M.com 24/7 for those who don't live nearby a mall that features H&M. I found lots of H&M items appropriate for companies that abide "business causal" dress code. The company that I work for specifically allows a solid black, gray, or blue top with a pair of black trousers or ultra dark denim blue straight-leg jeans for all genders, while ladies can have an option of wearing a black skirt, black dress, or blue dress at or beyond the knee length. I can find many stylish pieces here without encountering much difficulty. In terms of customer service, I will have to speak from someone who has had experience at managing a store similar to this. Many of the sales associates are "raw," or I should say "green" and "young" as the euphemism. Yes, they need to learn how to humbly deal with a return without giving any attitude! However, leaving a negative Yelp review doesn't effectively help the management in the store know how the team is doing. Here's my recommendation: ask for a manager, or a manager on duty, respectfully address the issue without having your emotion getting your way, and hopefully together both parties can work out a solution to the problem. This particular H&M is quite large: with two (2) floors featuring woman's on the second floor and men's/children's on the first. I discovered that men's "small" size isn't running true on men's sizing standard. In other words, if I need some uni-sex, boyfriend-style shirts in versions colors, I will go straight to the men's department. I'm an occasional browser at H&M. Pay attention on their clearance racks. I've scored some good deals in the past.

I recently went to the store. It was as usual clean and bright. They have nice selection of clothes for winter. Quite a lot of people are inside on that particular day. Racks are well organized and well stocked. I always prefer to shop here for clothes because they got amazing and minimal designs and colors and prices are fair and reasonable. Whenever I go in here, I would never left empty handed. I was lucky I was able to find interesting and great clothes for myself and for my family. There are also available discount on few items. If you are looking for your size, you should not hesitate to ask to the staffs because I've been here a lot of times and I can say that their staffs are all friendly and accommodating.

I've been shopping here since day 1 and always find amazing deals on great fashionable clothing. The location is great and you cannot beat the prices. Great selections on styles for all types of attire.

Not a fan. Like the idea of less expensive clothes that push the fashion envelope a bit. However, I haven't bought anything from here because...nothing fits me. It may be that H&M is targeting the 20-something, trend-setter. Everytime I go in, it seems that I'm about 10 years older and 10 lbs. (or more) heavier than my fellow browsers. I normally wear size M; here, I've tried pieces that I can only get on my body in size XL. Even then, they don't fit. Or they have an exceedingly low neckline that I wouldn't wear in public. Sorry H&M. Think I'll have to stick with Old Navy for cheap clothes.

Hands down the cleanest store I have been through very well organized they have a men's side children side and women's side everything is very well the staff is very friendly and don't forget your discounts

This line literally wraps around the store.

The store has also been kept incredibly clean and all employees seem to be religious about following COVID-19 guidelines and mask use.

I would prefer quality clothes over quantity that just fall apart easily and not them having a campaign just for a moment to "teach" customers how to sew/mend their brand new purchased items, which is something that everyone should know how to do, but I shouldn't have to purchase a new wardrobe that only last barely once when I wanna keep them for a lifetime and when it comes to managing staff/training new employees. It's like throwing dogs into the wolves, especially on sale days WS/SS(winter sale & summer sale) where we are the most busiest and a company that wants to push for inclusivity, diversity and mental health most people that have worked there that I have seen only want to cause drama(unprofessional) about old useless arguments that has to do with personal reasons and a lot of bickering, but I would say I did love the hospitality of surgeon employees and I have seen good wholesome customers come and shop with us as well. It was also nice to assist them during work travels, but not when it came to only sending a few people to try to help stores that are absolutely falling apart other states just make a quota w/ extremely low staff members. Caring about the human being comes first, not dragging them to the ground to be the next carbon machine. Thank You.

And the group behind the register literally couldn't be bothered to stop chatting to ring me up when I found something. The sales associates used to put the clothes I collected to try on in a dressing room for me. I walked that store for at least half hour without a single sales associate approaching me even though there were 3 or 4 at the register talking and no other customers in the store. Once in the dressing room, not one sales associate approached to see if I needed a different size or if they could remove items from the dressing room, something that would have happened in the past. I checked out, spending about $400, on 3 items. Normally, I would keep my items on the hanger but that's not an option anymore unless you want a drycleaner wire hanger. Unfortunately, my story doesn't end there. When I got home, I discovered I had been charged $59 for a tee shirt that was clearly marked $49. I returned to the store the next day with the tee shirt and receipt and explained what happened. Instead of 'I am very sorry that happened, let me take care of that for you', the women made me feel like I had come to rob the store. After double and triple checking, I received my credit. I never received an apology, just a look of why I would bother for $11. Will I shop at the Eileen Fisher Company Store again? Yes. Will I expect customer service? No. Will I check my receipt? Definitely?

I found some cute winter jackets and winter clothing for 50% off. Some of their regularly priced items were great too and felt like good quality. I did notice that some of the sale sweaters may not last too long plus I noted some loose thread of some other pieces of clothing. Since there was a winter storm, the store and mall was not busy at all. They did run out of bigger bags so we had to stuff everything into multiple thin plastic bags. One of the salespeople was pretty friendly and pointed out a few cute jackets that were on sale. The self service kiosk was easy to navigate. Make sure you keep your receipt on hand since you need to scan the barcode when you leave. I definitely will return again since the price point was great.

(True story!) The formally $10, now $12 jeans are SO comfortable, I have even slept in them if I didn't dirty them by leaving the house. They wash really well and even stand up to my thunder thighs rubbing. They do need to be replaced after some time, but definitely far beyond what I would feel is a fair time for $12. Their men's section of sweaters carried me through the holidays (I taught my kid clothes are clothes and I don't like the cropped look of their women's sweaters for me) with an Irish looking sweater for $20 that is so warm that I didn't even wear a coat to the downtown symphony! In a Midwestern winter! I got 5 sweaters and 2 pairs of jeans for about $100! AMAZING! The clothes, even though they are affordable, wash well. The sweaters do not pill and I dry them by laying them flat so I have not experienced shrinkage either. The jeans are stretchy and move with me. I rocked a pair to a slide park and I was happy with my choice. The staff is usually pretty friendly and will help when necessary. My card was having issues so he helped me check out and the next time my receipt bar code would not scan to let me out of the self checkout area and I was helped right away. They have collegiate wear (Harvard), pop culture wear (Stranger Things, the Simpsons, Billie Eilish, Disney), and sports teams (Chicago Bulls) at affordable prices. Since my favorite blue doored store near where I live closed, this has become my go to for jeans, statement pieces, and dress up clothes!
