Most reputable companies will work with customers when given significant advance notice, but this company showed zero flexibility and zero concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with this company carefully read the contract before signing. Do not book unless they remove or modify the "all payments are non-refundable" clause. If your plans change for any reason, even weeks in advance, you could lose every penny you've paid.
