Then she started chatting with the passenger on the front seat and missed her exit to the airport. She had to reroute and it put 30 minutes into our schedule. Finally we got to the airport she dropped all of us off at the arrival level -- added additional time to our 30 minutes to go to departure level. The whole time she continued talking incessantly with the passenger, talking about her life: her daughter graduating, how she lived in Alaska, how Florida is full of stupid people, on and on .....I feel that she compromised our safety, and delayed our arrival.

We chartered this company to transport two Girl Scout troops on a 7-8 hour trip, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we boarded, there was an unpleasant odor on the bus. By our first stop, the smell had become overwhelming. The bus was filled with the odor of urine and feces, even though no one from our group had used the onboard restroom. The smell became so bad that passengers could not comfortably sit in the back of the bus. In an effort to make the trip bearable, we purchased bleach and air freshener ourselves. Troop leaders repeatedly sprayed disinfectant and air freshener before the children boarded. We also asked the driver to have the restroom emptied and cleaned, and parents even provided locations where the restroom could be serviced. The issue persisted throughout much of the trip. What was most disappointing was the response from the owner when we raised our concerns. We were told that the company was "a bus service, not a cleaning service." Cleanliness and sanitation should be a basic expectation when transporting passengers--especially children. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend inspecting any bus thoroughly before departure. No group should have to endure hours of travel in those conditions. This version keeps the focus on documented facts, which tends to carry more weight with potential customers and is less likely to be challenged by the company.

No food was provided this time. That should have been mentioned on the website because there were people in my group that were relying on the appetizers. Instead they bought food at Tokyo Blue and were pleased with it. Busses were running every few minutes so pickup was quick. Later in the evening the busses were very full and we had to wait for two busses to go by before getting on one at Tropic Cay. We skipped Sopranos at Beach Place because it has really gone downhill there. We went back to Bokampers and had more food. Overall, the loop was very efficient and the staff is friendly. The busses are a lot of fun as long as you get on with the drunken group of people falling all over the place, it's so much fun to watch them all. We found some pretty cool spots that any other time we really wouldn't walk into. The only stop that was a letdown was Fork and Balls- which looks awesome inside and smells of amazement as well, but the bartender claimed to have "Ran out of liquor" at 9pm on a Saturday night- so apparently they were pretty bitter and unwilling to stick to their agreement with the Bus Loop. These are 11 and 12-year-old children who worked hard and were looking forward to this experience, only to have it ruined by this company's incompetence. To make matters worse, these 50 students were left waiting outside in the South Florida heat for hours, expecting a bus that never came on time. When the driver finally showed up, the window of opportunity for the educational program had already passed. This company showed zero regard for the school's schedule, the teachers' efforts, or the well-being of the students. If you are a school administrator or a parent, DO NOT book with them.
