    Screenshot of boat tracker.

The taxi and commentary was very good. The on line boat tracker is not good. It said a boat would arrive in 13 minutes. That boat never arrived. It then said a southbound boat would arrive in 4 minutes. 10 minutes later it said it would arrive in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later it said it would arrive in 4 minutes. This went on for over 45 minutes. Finally a northbound boat arrived 70 minutes after standing at the loading point (P5). Even though we wanted to go south, we took the northbound boat to the end point. We stayed on the boat and headed south.

We did the water taxi on a Sunday and departed from Sands Harbour at 2pm. We were planning on taking stops at some restaurants, but nothing was open. They stopped at Nauti Dawg at 3pm, but it's closed from 3-4pm on Sunday's. So if you do the taxi on Sunday's, be sure to keep that in mind. They do pickups every 2 hours. We ended up just getting off at our Sands Harbour stop and hung out at Houston's. If you're just looking to cruise at a slow pace on the intracoastal, this is for you. If you're looking for the hop on - hop off experience like Fort Lauderdale's water taxi, this may not be for you. There are very few bars/restaurants to stop at and they don't sell alcohol on the boat. They do sell bottles of water for $2. You can stop at the Marathon lighthouse marina on stop #2 at Nauti Dawg. They sell wine and beer. You'll have about 10 mins to buy and get back on the boat. Notable Scenery: 1. Hillsboro Inlet to see the Lighthouse. Great spot for pictures. 2. Le Palais Royal: 159 Million dollar mansion with a golden gate. 3. Caps Place: green colored building on water- opened in 1928 as a speakeasy. Payment: They accept both cash and credit card payment on the boat. Bring some small cash for tipping the crew = ) Tips: If you're looking for restaurant stops, check your time and day. Many of the restaurants are only open at select times. Use the bathroom before hand. There are no restrooms on the boat. Restaurants: Nauti Dawg is closed from 3pm-4pm on Sunday's & is closed on Tuesdays. Rusty Hook doesn't open until 5pm. Sunset Catch opens at 4pm. Houstons is always open, but you'll have to walk or drive over the bridge to get to it. Seaside Grill is open daily from 11:30am-10pm. Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar is open from 7am-9pm.

Horrible Captain in Pompano Beach! doesn't respect wake zones and small boats in the Inlet! Drives very fast causing large wake.

The Brunch was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel buffet style. The selection of what to eat was pretty good. The best part was once you get on the boat. When you get one they give your Valentine a rose and some chocolate, which was a nice touch. They also had Mimosas during your trip around the Miami Skyline. Now I will say this I which the music on the boat would've been better suited for Valentine's Day. They played more of the Electric/ Techno music but it was still a vibe so can't complain to much about it. Will definitely try to come back on other day. I was a nice experience.

Let me start by saying that I love that this service started from Miami Beach to Downtown and vice…read moreversa, it is GREAT to finally have a ferry, so I am very pleased about it and the ride is beautiful Yesterday I took it for the first time, the boat is great, very comfortable, just perfect, but a few things need improving, I hope that with time things can get better, first of all the slope getting on the boat from Miami Beach is very steep, I have an ankle brace and it was not easy to get on the boat, it is not disabled friendly, then the website, there should not be a service fee to buy tickets on the website, this saves time for the personnel on the boat selling tickets, why a service fee? Also, I could not find anywhere the $3 commuter tickets or packages, I have seen ads from you where you advertise that but, I could not find these anywhere on the website and then, most important of all the delay, we were there 15 minutes before departure as requested and nobody was there, at 6 pm the time the ferry was supposed to leave nobody there, no ferry, no personnel, so I called and they told me the ferry was 15/20 minutes late, I told the guy it would have been good if they texted the people that purchased the tickets online given they have all our details, he said it was posted on the website...............so, who goes back on the website once you have purchased the tickets? You should implement an automatic text alert for the customers that purchased the tickets informing them of the delay, so at 6.15 pm I did receive a text, this was 15 minutes from the original departure time, the alerts should be sent 15 minutes before departure or even earlier if you know there are delays, but ok, room for improvement, the problem is that we only left at 6.40 pm........ 40 minutes late; if you are planning to have commuters using this service you need to make sure that the ferry leaves on time otherwise you will never get this part of business, people need to arrive on time at work and if they are relying on the transportation you provide, you should really make sure to be on time, 5 minutes late it is fine but 40 minutes late it is definitely not. One more thing, you advertise that the crossing takes 20 minutes, yesterday by the time you leave and the time you get there and get off the ferry, it took 40 minutes, I think this is an important information especially for commuters that need to know the right time, if it is like that all the time, maybe you should specify it, I don't mind the 40 minutes but if I had to go to work I would want to know. Overall I love the service but you need to improve the service and if you expand to other places, I saw on the website that you will be going to Coconut Grove in the future, I will for sure use it but please get better so next time I can give you a 5 star @poseidonferry

The ride going to Freeport was a bit choppy but crew was ready to assist any passengers that were experiencing sickness. Duty free shop on boat had good deals. Food was decent for being on a boat and drinks were strong and reasonably priced. Return boarding at Freeport was again east and fast considering I got there at 530. Boat on return was more lively with a dj getting the more lively passengers to dance and select songs. Needless to Soul train line was formed. Even passengers who didn't get seemed entertained watching others dancing. Once back at Fort Lauderdale the process was a bit more lengthy depart given there were only two agents checking passports. Yes faster to fly but if going in a group or maybe you find a deal I would recommend as a nice alternative to Freeport.

My state room attendant was good. The food was delicious. Boarding and debarking was so easy. The comedian did such a wonderful job. Also the shows were impeccable. Some of the best voices at sea. My only issue is finding out the terrible mistake. I made when purchasing the drink package. they have a classic drink package and a premium drink package with the classic drink package, which I added onto my cruise fare. It says that you get alcoholic drinks up to $12, coffee, water, juice, and soda. I had no idea that almost none of the drinks would be $12. They said they could make you a drink to fit that criteria, but it would be with the bottom shelf liquor which normally smells like rubbing alcohol. The water they give you is "drinking water", which I like to call tap water as opposed to the spring water that comes in the premium package. They don't even up charge it. There is no list before hand telling you these things. Now this is supposed to be a "luxury cruise" especially at the price tag that I paid for just three days. And I spent every day at guest relations, trying to figure out the purpose of this classic drink package. When I asked to just return it on day one they said I couldn't because I added it to my cruise fare... So beware it may look like a great deal for the classic drink package that also included WiFi. But I would not recommend bundling them Incase you don't like it. Also some of the worst cruise WiFi I have come across. I would book again if I saw a really great deal. But it wasn't worth to me what I just paid...

HANDS DOWN ... TOP 5 in our list of cruise lines!…read more https://www.celebritycruises.com The prettiest, cleanest, most modern ship we've been on, so far. (Pics attached) LOVED the food, pool, restaurants, cocktails, entertainment (more specifically the karaoke, and comedian). We were attending a wedding onboard (4/17-4/20/26). KUDOS to the couple for their choice of venue and the attention to detail to keep all near 100 of us coordinated and on task. Would HIGHLY recommend this ship (parent company is Royal Caribbean)! Only MINOR complaint is Celebrity's over communication (DAILY emails/text messages) ... about E'RYTHING except specific details regarding their WiFi and drink packages. We encountered HUGE discrepancies in their fees and REAL benefits. The WiFi was useless for those who purchased it as it was basically an extension (or rider coverage) depending on your carrier. Just add international coverage with your carrier before sailing. As for the drink packages, the pre-cruise specials are a farce ... unless you are a more than 3-4 drinks a day/per person. My hubby doesn't even drink alcohol and I ended up only owing less than a total of $60 for drinks but, had I listened to our travel agent, I would have basically wasted three times that amount on a package we never would have been able to utilize efficiently. My hubby was able to fill up his water bottle at numerous drinking holes without having to purchase a single $4.50 bottle of water available to him had we had purchased a drink package. Definitely not a deal breaker. We're wiser now and hopefully, this has helped YOU.
