Several rooms that they use for their patient. One room they have several tables for messages. Check them out Their not fancy but the service is great!! Staff: Denise or Diane (I forget her name) is very friendly. Right away she welcomes you in and sets you up with a message either on a table or electro message. Often they have students training there so they help out with smaller procedures or preparing the room. Dr. H is a bigger guy which works great for me as I'm a bigger guy. Not only does he ask the right questions: where does it hurt, how long, what do you do for a living, are you active, but also gives you things to do at home so you're taking care of yourself. I work in retail sector and am on my feet a majority of my time at work. My problems tend to be lower back. After a session with Dr. H I'm good for a while.

For some reason, his office workers had a high turn over rate at R&R and it felt like every time I went in there was someone new who was training. This was a little annoying, especially when I was going once a week and every time I was there I had to re-introduce myself, and clarify all my billing details, etc. Additionally, the receptionists always lacked an element of professionalism. (Slang, gum chewing, gossiping on the phone) I needed a chiropractor about 6 months ago, looked up Dr. Beasley and saw that he was working out of his own practice now. When I called the office and left a message, I was never called back. Today, I tried again and the woman who answered the phone seemed not only slightly annoyed with my questions but was super casual and unable to tell me how much a treatment would cost. I told her I was confused as I'd gone to Dr. Beasley for years and his payment had not worked like that before. The most she could tell me was that the visits would be between $70 (maybe she said $80...I can't recall at the moment) and $120. I also inquired as to if we would be considered new clients and charged for a new client visit since my husband and I had been regular clients a couple years back. She reiterated the prices range previously quoted and that's that. She could not find me in the computer so she said that I could not make an apt. with the Dr. today, which she had earlier told me was possible but apparently there was not enough time for a new patient visit. The earliest available apt was this coming Sat. The problem that I have with all of this is that the office seems to lack an understanding of customer relationships and the value they hold for a business. Both my husband and I have previously spent a lot of money receiving Dr. Beasley's services, and no doubt, he is really good at what he does. BUT the face of his business (front desk) is sorely lacking and has been for some time. I was super bummed to find that despite changing locations and practices that the Dr. doesn't find help that is consistent and quality at their job of representing him. I'd also sent countless of my clients to him, all came back raving...until one day one of the "ravers" told me that the office person had made a big mistake with billing and that she now owed the Dr. several hundred dollars (that she did NOT have) out of pocket. Love the doc but if I could ever actually get past his front desk and talk with him again, I would advise him to pay his staff more, and work on employee retention, experience, and quality. Sorry Doctor Beasley...sadly, it just got too frustrating and I had to move on. I will miss you!
