On our way to Chicago to take my daughter to college, I went to open our back door after lunch and the whole door handle came off of the car. We se used to go by Premier Toyota to see what it would take to fix it. (I was worried about leaving it overnight with all of the college move in items in the car.) I don't know the name of the person who came out to look at it, but he said he would take it back to see what was going on. They fixed it, and were super friendly and efficient. My experience was terrible, will NEVER step foot in that place again. Wasted my time and went out of their way to NOT service my vehicle.

We are on a cross country trip and our RAV4 gave us a maintenance required message and we'd just had it in for a full maintenance. Needless to say we were concerned. We took it first thing in the am to Premier. We chatted w a salesman who said it was likely just a reset, which he promptly took care of in about 30 secs. So impressed and so grateful! Dishonest place, had car serviced there, said they rotated tires ( we marked them) they didn't rotate tires but charged for a tire rotation? Called manager and he stuck up for his employees saying they probably measured tread depth and didn't need rotated. I purchased a new Toyota Tundra SR5 4X4 double cab with an 8 ft bed. I worked with David Lawrence who has the best integrity of any person I have ever worked with in a dealership. I'm domiciled in California and found it necessary to search multiple states for the vehicle I was looking for. Buying a truck with an 8 ft bed was the only option for me as I planned to carry a dual sport motorcycle that was over 7 1/2 ft long and I wished to enclose it in a shell that was permanently mounted on the truck. Premier Toyota gave a price in an advertisement and had very little fees added on, unlike other dealerships that would sometimes tack on $10,000 extra during this time of car/truck unavailability. I really appreciated Premier's integrity in not doing anything like this. I was able to quickly and easily work out the logistics of paying for and having the truck shipped to Southern California where I live all without ever having to set foot in the dealership. Toyota care is SUPPOSED to have a multi point inspection. This dealership service center most definitely did not complete this for me. Called them on it and they did not deny it. Asked the manager to make it right and send me a filter and I'd replace it myself. He said he would. That was 2 months ago. Still nothing. More lies. One star is too many. read more

I never thought I would make a purchase with a dealer again. Had purchased with a car broker in Denver for my prior 3 cars, but this time that broker could not find the exact car I wanted. Enter David Lawrence with Premier Toyota in North Platte. This guy is the real deal! Straight forward, easiest car purchase ever. One week after buying our first car with David (a used 2023 Toyota) it was totaled in an accident. I didn't see the replacement car we wanted in Premier Toyota inventory so off to the broker and Denver dealers I went. What a waste of time, they all wanted me to "come on down and talk about what I was looking for" or "we can probably get that car but you're 5 months out minimum." So for the heck of it I called David and told him about the accident as on a wing and a prayer told him what we were hoping to find as a replacement. Less than two hours later, honestly less than two hours David called back and said he had located the exact car and could trade one in his inventory for it. OMG unreal, I would say give David a call and at least give him a chance to help you. No pressure, easy going call, like stepping back in time! The drive from Denver is easy and soooo worth it. in both cases we were in and out in under 30 minutes at the exact price quoted (fees were far less than Denver dealerships btw) without out any hassle. I cannot believe I'm willing to recommend a dealer but I will absolutely go back if we find any car need again. read more

Driving from Boulder to Omaha and the driver side wheel well plastic broke free rubbing the wheel! I stopped into the store, repair shop was out to lunch but a sales man offered to look at it and grabbed something that worked and repaired it for me getting his clean black pants dirty! What amazing customer and friendliness he did not even charge me! Such amazing service and friendliness I will be looking for a car for oldest here this year and definitely will be looking here even if out of the way due to this type of care and service! read more

I can't say thank you enough to Ben, the service manager and his techs for looking at our car at the end of their day when all they probably wanted to do was go home. We were on the road all day driving to Colorado on vacation from our home in Illinois when about 5 pm we had some engine lights come on. Kudos to Toyota dealership... blew a tire on the interstate..even though they don't stock tires, they helped me put the spare on and sent me to a tire shop. They were busy with appts, but they squeezed me. It was pouring with rain, but the sweet mechanic changed it in the rain for me! Thank you for your help! read more

I rarely give five star reviews, but this place was flawless in every way. While on a cross country road trip to see an ailing family member, my car began making a gnarly, grinding noise as if gravel was rolling around in the engine. I knew it couldn't be good, so looked up mechanics. The first once I went to in town said it was the "AC pump bearing" and that the part alone would cost me $1600, he didn't know how long it would take to get it and then there would be labor added on top. The car is 7 years old and has 120k miles. That's nearly what it's worth. I said I couldn't afford that and he said, "You can try the Toyota dealership and see if they'll do any better." I doubted that would happen, but was desperate to try as I needed to be safe and on the road asap. The dealership charged me $342.79 to change the water pump and the serpentine belt, suggested I get the spark plugs changed in the near future, as that was now due at 120k miles and they changed my cigarette lighter fuse for free. All was done politely, quickly, and professionally by Ben and his team. It's a small dealership with BIG service that charges you fair prices for quality work. I have no hesitation in recommending them and, heck, even the bathroom was immaculate! read more
