These people do not care to help travelers passing through town. Just trying to give a fair warning to other travelers passing through, do not waste your time here. You will come out cheaper and faster if you go ahead and haul/tow the bike to a real Harley Davidson store. Heres the story.... My bike broke down passing through Nebraska after coming from Georgia. Tow truck dropped me off early Saturday morning, I was hoping one of their mechanics could take a quick look at my bike to see if there was an easy fix to get me back on the road but instead they told me I had to wait until monday because their local riders bikes were ahead of mine. I even offered to pay hundreds of dollars for someone to just take a look at my bike but they refused to help. After being at this place for 5 hours I eventually got their mechanic to take a look, he was much friendlier than the rest of their staff and tried his best but they werent able to get me up and running. So instead, I rented a truck and hauled the bike to Denver, CO to take it to a REAL Harley Davidson store where I was swarmed with amazing help and fantastic customer service.

Once we finally got someone to listen to our situation he shrugged his shoulders. The mechanic was slightly helpful but incredibly uneducated on bikes I highly recommend you do not stop here or give this place business. Horrible unfriendly service all around. He came out and picked me and my bike up when others said they wouldn't because I was to far from them. Then he got the bike repaired as swiftly and as expertly as possible. There were parts that needed to be overnighted and they didn't come in till after his shop was normally closed on Saturday. Mike stayed and got me back on the road.
