Overall the walls look fine. I felt that Dean has a chip on his shoulder tired of dealing with…read morepeople over the years. He didn't seem to want to listen to what I had to say. Several things I asked for he said ok and never did. I discovered later that I should have dusted around the edges of the doors and such but no one ever told me that. He just painted over the dust. I had new carpet put down prior and the guy who patched around the windows left powder all over the floors surrounding the area. I keep finding nail holes that weren't patched. Some areas weren't going to get painted because he said we didn't ask for that included in the quote like the entry way of the living room (we thought that was the same room but apparently not), and billed us more. My biggest complaint though is he painted an entire area the wrong color and said I was to blame. He laughed it off and said it's too late now. I looked at my text messages later and saw that I did ask for the right color and it was in writing!

Dave was fantastic. He was professional, fast, clean and fairly priced. We had multiple layers of…read morepaper, with the first layer applied to untreated sheetrock. I began trying to remove it myself, but the first layer and the sheetrock backing were coming off together. Other companies I called talked about how hard it would be and they may need to paint over it, etc. Dave came, knocked it out in a few hours and left us with bare walls, ready for the next step. I wish I called him before I started the project myself. It would have saved me a lot of aggravation and extra work. Thanks!
