After dropping the vehicle off the next day I get an email to approve work for over $6000. I immediately called and said, "No, that sounds like a bait and switch!" Long story short I took my car to a local GMC dealership who performed the job for $4652.29. I feel bad for anyone who wouldn't have known better and would have just paid that. The dealerships are almost always the most expensive, but somehow managed to beat this shops price by $1500. The second photo from the dealership also included a 4 wheel alignment. Buyer Beware

Back around 2019 I took a Honda manual 5 speed transmission in for repair. All Trans found the…read moreproblem to be a worn out input shaft bearing, and the transmission was repaired for a reasonable price. Several thousand miles later, I discovered that the transmission had been leaking fluid, so I replaced the axle seals (relative simple procedure) hoping that would stop the leak. Early last week the car refused to shift into reverse, and I found that the fluid was once again low. Refilling the fluid made no difference, so I pulled the transmission - and this time, disassembled it myself. I found the problem to be that a plastic "oil gutter" had fallen to the bottom of the transmission, and fouled the shift forks. During assembly, the "oil gutter" is supposed to be bonded in place. preventing it from later coming loose. Also, it appears that the fluid had been leaking past the input shaft seal; Honda's shop manual instructs the installer to wrap tape around the input shaft spline *before* pushing the input shaft through the seal, to avoid damaging the seal lip. I am pretty sure that this precaution was not taken by All Trans. To summarize, back in 2019 I removed a manual transmission and took it to All Trans for expert repair. I have since discovered that two assembly errors caused me to have to pull the transmission again (ugh!), and fix it myself this time.

I am very fortunate and lucky with going to Fred Anderson Honda because I did get a new 2026 CR-V EX. I am much more comfortable and my loan terms are even better than the Civics.

William Wiggins is a scam artist who takes advantage of people. Last month my husband found a Jeep…read moreon Facebook and went to look at it. Mr. Wiggins explain that the Jeep need work and that he could have it put back together within a week. My husband signed an agreement and paid 900.00 down. He also purchased a radio and a back up camera and had it shipped to the shop after Mr. Wiggins said he could install it. He waited a week and called for an update. Mr. Wiggins informed him that he was running behind because someone had wrecked into his truck and he was handling that. My husband called the next week and there was another excuse. The next week when he called Mr. Wiggins told him the Jeep was almost ready but he was waiting on one part for the oil leak. Tuesday when my husband went by the shop the Jeep hadn't been moved and no work had been started. He asked for his money back and Mr. Wiggins refused. The cops were called and of course its a civil issue so nothing was done but we were told this is not the first time they have been called out to the shop or had run ins with Mr. Wiggins for scamming people out of their money.
