I also have an answering machine at my home, which not surprisingly never recorded a single message from them. As of today 8/3/08 I have yet to hear from these people. They did not allow me to get my repair done, one which THEY guaranteed. They don't care about their customers, they don't return phone calls. BUYER BEWARE!!
