My premium starts like the 6th of every month. I ended service before that, yet took my money and only gave me like $30 back. I asked for someone to send me reports showing what month each payment posted to bc they told me my payment was for a past month, which doesn't make sense bc ins is usually paid before the premium month you are to be covered. Why would my payment before a month that has already passed? No one is getting back to me and it's been weeks now.

When I arrived to the appointment, she wasn't there and the door was locked. I called her and she asked if I could come 2 hours later so I did. On top of being late she was also rude. I brought my little sister (my dependent) and she asked me "where's the dad?" Right in front of the child. She looked at me like she didn't believe I should be claiming my dependents I guess because I'm young and she thought it would be rejected or I was lying?? Every time I've filed my taxes I always get around $4,000. She got me $2200 from state and federal combined. That's the lowest return I've ever got. I also told her that I bought a car that qualifies for the California clean vehicle credit since it's a hybrid. Without even checking if I qualify, she immediately told me no you don't qualify because it has to be fully electric. Since I was trusting her and thought she should know better than I do, I didn't question it. Well long story short I am now amending my 2023 taxes because I DO qualify for the clean vehicle tax credit. She made me miss out on a $4,000 credit because she didn't even bother to check if I actually qualify. I went in to a new place to do my 2024 taxes and asked about the vehicle credit and it took them 2 minutes to figure out I DO QUALIFY. So now I will go through a few months long process of amending my taxes so I can claim the credit before it's too late. I wasted $200 paying her to do my taxes and now I'm going to spend more paying someone else to fix them. Oh and she gave me $20 off since she was late. Thanks a lot. Overall she was rude, unprofessional, late, and didn't know what she was talking about or just didn't like me so she didn't bother to do a thorough job.

She said she has never felt so trapped and neglected. The attending staff is rude and acts as though they are being bothered by the patient. However after my experience in this facility today I could not wait to get home and tell my story In hopes that someone will read this and make some serious changes!!!! My aunt had a hip replacement surgery last Monday and was sent to California Special Care Center on Thursday. I am very familiar with the rehabilitation after this kind of surgery. Needless to say for 3 days she was not taken out of her bed, no physical therapy was performed, and from what it looked like The CN basicly could care less about the patients. My aunt needed to use the bathroom and the nurse told her to feel free to get up and go whenever she needs... She could barely move side to side let alone get up and walk and they would not provide her with a walker!!?? By the time she was about to pee her bed she explained to the nurse she could not walk alone and need to really go... So they gave her a mens URINAL to go in while she is laying down. It gets worse the Nurse that was helping her today was putting in a catheter and put it in the wrong spot, and left it for 2 hours. After being there for 2 hours I was really curious as to what other patients though so I asked the woman rooming next to my aunt and her response was " They do what they want not what you ask" The woman rooming next to my aunt was taken outside and the nurse told her she would be right back. The patient was left out there for 30 minutes and when the nurse came back she apologized saying "I am so sorry I should not have ever left you that long, That was not okay." I thought maybe there was just so many patients and not enough nurses working but that was clearly not the case becasue there was a ton of nurses. I am very very angry with the fact that these kind of things go on in a place where patients are helpless and volunerable. I hope someone reads this and really stops in to see what is really going on. I will never ever let my family stay in a place like this. Bad customer service, bad energy, and Certified Nurses with a lack or knowledge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Flag this review
