I hired William to paint a bedroom and a small bathroom. The bedroom turned out okay, there were a few minor mistakes, but overall it was acceptable. The bathroom, however, was a different story. I was quoted for priming and painting the bathroom walls, but it was clear that no primer was used. The paint job itself looked rushed and unprofessional, with several areas needing touch-ups. Worse, there was paint splattered on the counters, mirror, door, lightbulbs, and even the walls. It took me over two hours to clean everything up. I sent William photos and asked about the charge for priming, hoping for a resolution. It's now been five days with no response. I gave him a chance to make it right, but the lack of communication and the poor quality in the bathroom make it hard for me to recommend his services.
