While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, last minute cancellations like this are highly inconvenient and disruptive. What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

My brow artist was Ava , I expressed that I wanted them to be as thick as can be even if bald spots show because from the past I know once I get the lami the brows look good and I can still grow them in without having to look crazy . She proceeded to map my brows and immediately started threading without giving me a mirror and asking me for approval of the shape . So I had to stop her and ask if I could see before she continues threading and by then it was already too late .. all the hair that I'd been attempting to grow back was gone and my brow was back to looking thinner than my natural shape . I began to tell to just stop I don't want the service anymore . Lord knows how long it will take to grow back my brows it's been about 6 months since I started the growing process . By brows are naturally super thick and I wish she was more trained to know that u do not remove any hair before asking the client if they are satisfied with the shape first !
